Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

Quiet, bright, comfortable and carefully furnished house. Close to Saint-Lô train station (20-minute walk or 10-minute drive) and shops (bakery at the top of the street). Our house is 1 hour from Mont-Saint-Michel. 30 minutes from the beaches of Coutainville, 40 minutes from the beaches of Omaha Beach. The house has two bedrooms (queen size beds 160 x 200 cm).
