Lake-side apartment on Lake Constance

The town of Allensbach is located in a vacation region with a variety of cultural events and sports opportunities. The apartment is located in a 30 zone with playground and turning circle at the end of the street. It is only a 5-minute walk from Allensbach beach and 10 minutes from the town center and train station. Allensbach has excellent local transport connections via the regional "Seehas" train and the supra-regional Black Forest Railway.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

The city center of Constance can be reached in a few minutes by bus, train, bicycle or car. The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Quiet non-smoking apartment on the first floor with 35 square meters for 2 people. Living room/bedroom with box spring bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, closed kitchen with dishwasher. Seating in front of the apartment and in the garden. Close to the town center, train station and lake.

Vacation home

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.

We offer a modern and funktional furnished 36 qm apartment (1 large room, small corridor, seperate bath/WC). With a single bed (90x200 cm) and a studio couch (140x200 cm) accommodates the rooms 2-3 people. Towels and bed linen are included. No WiFi.
