Cozy and bright apartment of 43m² WITH magnificent VIEW on the old Mans (Plantagenet city) and the Sarthe. Fully equipped. Large bedroom with dressing room and articulated electric bedding, large shower, bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, shower product provided. Washing machine, combined oven + microwave, everything for cooking. Ideally located, a few minutes walk from the city center, 3 minutes from the tram and all shops. Studio for 2 people with all the comforts. It is located at the end of the garden of my property and overlooks a quiet pedestrian path. You can enjoy a small sunny courtyard. Parking is free on the street. You are a 15 min walk to the entrance to the 24h circuit and a 7 min walk to the mans exhibition center. for 24 hours by car ,the reservation is for a minimum of 4 days. the entrance to the neighborhood is secured by a badge that will be given to you upon arrival.
