Studio for 2 people with all comforts. It is located at the end of the garden of my property and overlooks a quiet pedestrian path. You can enjoy a small sunny courtyard. Parking is free on the street. You are a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the 24-hour circuit and a 7-minute walk from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the reservation is 3 nights min from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h Auto and "Le Mans Classic", 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

30 m2 accommodation, 4 possible beds, located on the ground floor of a small residence in a quiet area. The sofa opens up to a bed for 2 people.
