Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Relax, enjoy food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Cross country ski season has started!

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close. Newly renovated studio for weekends, short or long vacations, mushroom collectors, train lovers.... In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room. Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
