Rafael was a great host. He lent me money when I was short for the fish shop that doesn’t accept card up the road and he gave me a lift in the morning as he was heading the same direction . Only bad point is it’s cold in the actual bedroom and doesn’t heat up throughout the night, extra blankets are provided however it still doesn’t get comfortably warm

I stayed at Bradie's place for one week while looking for a flat in Leeds. Bradie is a very generous, friendly, open minded and humorous person who made my stay at her place be a very good experience. The only small minus is that the mattress is a bit saggy.

Bradies place was perfect for my time in Leeds. Comfy bed and spacious room, very clean bathroom and huge well equipped kitchen. It was quiet and peaceful, in a great location for town. Bradie was a welcoming and friendly host :)

If you looking for a short or long stay I would highly recommend Bradie's place. Clean and quiet in a friendly atmosphere with a great kitchen with everything you could need.

We booked this room because we had an event at Roundhay Park. Bradie is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and you have a private bathroom to use (family use another bathroom). Great value and fab location for us.

Sue gave us a warm welcome to her lovely home. Our room was light and bright, overlooking the garden so it was very quiet. We stayed a week. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space, there was a wash basin in the room and a shared bathroom next door. The bed was very comfortable.

Sue is a wonderful host and has a lovely home. Everything was just right. Her home is spotless, she is lovely to chat to over breakfast, and she bakes lovely bread. I fully recommend a stay at Sue’s.

I'll start of with saying thanks and keep up the good work Sue! Now, Sue is a wonderful host and very hospitable, she was very helpful and gave us great tips and the house was clean, nicely decorated and beautiful ( the garden is charming as well). Our room was spacious, bright and spotless, coffee and tea were available + wardrobe space. We had the option to have breakfast and all in all just a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her place and I would go back without a second thought.

Michael and Les were wonderful hosts and welcomed me to their house. I arrived late in the evening, which was not a problem. All amenities and the bedroom were kept in clean and good working order. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay. I would stay here again any time.

Michael's place is good - the garden is lovely to have an early morning cuppa/breakfast in summer, and the bathroom is super clean with a great shower. The single room is small and could do with a bit of an update, but the bed is super comfy and it's a lovely, quiet area. I got a great night's sleep. Michael is great for comms and hospitality and was very flexible around check-in. Thanks!

I stayed in the single-bed room for a month during my work and it was a very comfortable stay. Michael and Leslie are excellent hosts, they showed me around the place and cleared a shelf in the fridge and cupboard for me, so I could make use of the kitchen. The house is perfectly clean and there’s a super fast WiFi. The location is a lovely quiet neighbourhood with local café, shops and bus stop just 2 minutes from the house. I would highly recommend a stay here and would love to come back again!

I lived almost a year at Olga’s place. Very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is posh and safe. My flat mate (room1) was always polite, helpful and thoughful. I don’t have any complaint and I would definitely recommend it.

Nice, very clean room with a comfortable bed in the quiet suburb of Leeds. Easy to get to the city centre (20 min by bus) and just a short walk away from the Eccup Reservoir. Well suited for longer stays in Leeds. Olga was very helpful and friendly throughout. It was a pleasant stay would definitely recommend.

It’s a nice place to live. safe and quite, landlord is a nice, talkative, elegant lady. The room is warm and comfortable, the environment is good, a lot of plants! Outstanding home with a great location. We have visited Leeds for many years and this home is large, spacious and in a great neighborhood compared to many other places I have visited. I really appreciated the second bathroom as well as many know this is a rarity in the UK Meirav’s home has been remodeled with an Open floor plan. home has everything you need for a great stay with tons of space downstairs and a large, modern kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Location is on the North side of Leeds, and is in a safe area which we really appreciated. Easy access to Harrogate and N Yorkshire, York, Lancashire Hope to visit again. Thanks !

Lynne is a great host and the accommodation was first rate. The room opened on to a glorious laid out garden which the dogs loved sniffing about in. Parking was secure and all amenities were generous. Will definitely be booking for next time we’re in Leeds.

I had to book at short notice to stay in Leeds area for a family funeral. Lynne was incredibly responsive and very kind with me. My room was clean and comfortable - right next to the bathroom. There is good Wi-Fi throughout the house which is warm and welcoming and it was easy to park outside. I was provided with key to come and go as I please and there was always a warm welcome and have a coffee available from Lynne.

A beautiful ground floor flat, very clean and well appointed with everything one could need.

Lovely apartment in a quiet and pleasant area. We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed in the apartment to make our stay comfortable and allow us to cater for ourselves. Shops are also not far away. Chris was a great host, and was there when we needed her.

We use Air BNB quite regularly, this flat exceeded our expectations in everything we have got use to on previous Air BNB trips. Nothing was too much and everything we needed was catered for, highly recommended for Leeds, Harrogate, and York areas. All easy access

I stayed in the flat for a few weeks and it was a perfect base for working in Leeds. The location and flat itself is very quiet and safe, and there are good local amenities and good access to ring road and main roads into the city. Chris was an excellent host from first day, checking in I had everything along the way. Impeccable cleanliness and good features throughout the flat with a nice TV, comfy bed and brand new kitchen making it feel homely.

Lloyd’s place is possibly the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Particularly for an extended stay. It truly felt like home. Lloyd is incredibly accommodating and welcoming. When I’m back in Leeds and need a place to stay, this will be the first on my list. I highly recommend!

Lloyd is a superhost who welcomes you into his home and makes you feel comfortable from day one. Have just spent 9 nights with Lloyd and can say that I have really enjoyed my time there. Lloyd's accommodation was spectacular! it's in a really convenient part of Leeds and only a short drive/ bus journey away from the city center. The room was perfect, the bed was extremely comfortable and extra pillows were provided, a bathroom was attached and the shower was nice and hot. Lloyd is the most gracious host and provided delicious homemade meals at a small fee. I would highly recommend this host and accommodation if you choose to visit Leeds, you won't find a better place in the whole of Yorkshire!

Lloyd and his partner are terrific hosts and cook fabulous meals most nights which are great value for an extra £5. Take the time to get to know this lovely couple!!

What amazing hosts! So accommodating, friendly, great local tips, and a comfortable bed just outside the city center. We took the bus into town most days (£1.85 and about 20 minutes), but it looks like there was on street parking if you had a car. Steph and Andrew provided us with tea and coffee, and the private bathroom was great. The house is in a lovey location, with plenty of restaurants and grocery options nearby. Close to the best park in Leeds we have seen! Definitely stay with these guys if you get the chance.

ELI and PHILL are the best hosts we have been with. We've moved to leeds and they have helped us in absolutely everything. We have felt like at home. We chose their house while we found an apartment and they have welcomed us as if we were from their own family, giving us very helpful advices. We have had access to the whole house. The bed is very confortable, the double room is spacious and with amazing views to the garden and forest. Great kitchen and a fabulous breakfast with home maid bread maid by Phill. It's very close to golf courts, supermarket, bus stops and the amazing Ecoup Reservoir. Eli & Phill, thank you for everything, we will be always grateful for all that you have helped us. Elizabeth and Phil are very friendly and great hosts. After the check-in we were sitting together and spoke about our journey and other things. They gave us tipps for our stay, eg where to eat at the evening. And they provided us a very tasty breakfast with self baked bread. The room was cozy and clean. And also the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay and would really recommend the accommodation.

Elizabeth’s place is in a lovely quiet area and we felt quite at home sitting by the window looking out on the large back garden drinking a cup of tea. We left very early in the morning and when we came down, there was a breakfast table with cereals and fresh bread already laid. We could not have asked for a more suitable place to spend a restful night.

Elizabeth and Phil were very welcoming and helpful. A spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. Breakfast included fresh warm home baked bread, yummy! Really helpful local information including clear travel advice to avoid the local half-marathon that day.

Elizabeth communicated rapidly with my queries and answer all the questions. Her hospitality was superb and even took me to a nearby reservoir so I could go for a run. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, the room has great views to gardens and the breakfast was delicious!

Sue’s place is comfy and spotless. I had an amazing time staying here. Don’t think you can find any nicer and cleaner places than Sue’s house around Leeds.

Stephen was very responsive and tailored our stay to our needs. Instructions of equipment such as tv and shower was so useful and easy to follow. Easy check in and very clean area with lots of space and a good view, close to town and accessible. Every detail was exactly as seen and mentioned. very good value for money

Catherine house is in a perfect location not too far from central Leeds and near to several golf courses. Catherine was a great host always answering any questions very quickly. She supplied milk butter bread orange juice etc which was great when you arrive late in the evening.

I stayed at David & Alison's place while competing in a golf tournament at Alwoodley CG. The house is located 2mins form the course which was ideal! David and Alison where great hosts, the bathroom was lovely and spacious, and the bed very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I stayed at Lloyds' home as I was trading at an annual wool show event nearby. Lloyds home is in an ideal spot for those wanting to stay in a suburban/rural area whilst vising Leeds and the surrounding area.

This was my 2nd time staying at Lloyd's and it was perfect once again. The bed is perhaps the most comfortable I ever slept on, everything was clean and the room has everything you need. Lloyd is an amazing host, he is always available if you need anything and always helpful. Im happy to have met Lloyd and I hope to stay many times whenever Im in Leeds again.

Lloyd is a wonderful host. Always making sure you have what you need. The house is convenient. There is a direct bus to go to city center just outside the door, and 2 supermarkets walking distance. Recommended.

Lloyd is one of the best hosts I've ever met. He made me feel at home from the start. We had great conversations in which he provided very useful tips about the neighborhood. He is a talented musician, it was fun having a jam session in one of the nights of my short stay there. Clean, welcoming, and a great place to stay

I stayed here will exhibiting at an event in Leeds and this was just perfect - the bed was very comfortable, there was very little noise over night, there was a kettle for tea and coffee and the ensuite was great. I would stay here again.
