Close to supermarket, Landgard, 7 km to the old town, 6 km to Venlo, 3 km to the Blue Lagoon with beach, climbing park, wakeboard, outdoor swimming pool in Walbeck (13 km), thermal baths in Arcen (17 km). Lots of bike paths for exploring!

Nostalgic house, ideal place in touristy Arcen

Our house is a listed building in the center of the tourist village of Arcen, 200 meters from Raadhuisplein and 100 meters from the Maas River. You may use the living room, kitchen, conservatory/dining room, bathroom with shower + toilet, and 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom only for >2 people, or for a fee of €40 per person per night). We don't have a garden, but we do have a seating area on the sunny street side. Coffee/tea/bedding/towels (2 ppl) are provided. Free parking in the street. Tourist tax is included.

You rent from us a beautiful upstairs apartment with panoramic views over the Maas in both directions. You will see the ferry going up and down and there are ships and yachts sailing by you all day long. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cozy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There is wireless TV.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

The cozy apartment with free parking in the renovated house is the right starting point to explore Kevelaer and the Lower Rhine. The apartment with its own entrance area and sheltered terrace is on the 1st and 2nd floor of a semi-detached house.
