The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Das Penthaus weißt eine Größe von ca. 100qm auf und wird mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Bademäntel an unsere Gäste übergeben. Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht) Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

In the large living area, with air conditioning, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a round table with 4 chairs, a couch, a sofa bed, a recliner and a TV. Wi-Fi for the guests. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m bed. Linens, towels and warm blankets are provided. In front of the house there is the possibility to park for free. Dogs may be brought by arrangement.
