The cozy apartment is high-quality renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. On the 1st floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A protected southern loggia promises many hours of sunshine. You will spend your vacation in our apartment on the 7th floor renovated in 2021 (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic spa town of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bedding. On the balcony you sit between herbs ( to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak wood furniture.

Nice little home for couples, singles, 5 minute walk to the center, Emperor´s Palace (Kaiserpfalz), 15 min to the station, no kids, pets, candles, barbecue, smoking (old city/Unesco). One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

Recreation in the Waldsiedlung Glashütte Haus Regina

Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.

Our beautiful, sun-flooded cottage is built in wooden construction and offers everything a family or a small group needs. A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers. The outskirts offer an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains of the Weserbergland, the Ith and the Kanstein.

A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
