The apartment is in the countryside about five kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. A public playground for children is available directly behind the house. Use of the garden directly behind the house is also possible. On request, another room outside the apartment is available. The cozily furnished apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. An anteroom offers the possibility of storing street clothes and shoes. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The bathing box in the Altes Baderei in Kamenz offers a unique opportunity to retreat and enjoy a break in the protection of a centuries-old yew and a fascinating history. Natural materials provide a pleasant indoor climate. Exceptional finds characterize the design. The bathtub is the central element of the room. A seasonal kitchen offers the possibility of self-catering. Lovingly designed outdoor areas ensure relaxation.

Top floor apartment on Hutberg

The apartment is located on the top floor in our residential building directly at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with an open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower, toilet and small washbasin.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Our apartment is located in our villa and is located right by the city harbor with swimming area and children's playground. A wonderful place for young families, but also cycling vacationers, racing fans and traveling senior WGs. Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
