My husband, two dogs, and I had a great getaway in the North Georgia Mountains! The cabin was exactly what we needed, and plenty spacious for the 4 of us. We got turned around a few times getting to the cabin, but overall great stay. We look forward to returning to Blue Ridge in the near future!

The Blue Ridge Hideaway is exactly that. It's very secluded but has an amazing view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We stayed with our children and they absolutely loved it. My 3 year old loved laying in the hammock every morning. The hot tub was perfect just to relax and gaze out at the mountains. The cabin itself is gorgeous! The loft bedroom has a private screened balcony that is just so inviting. The pictures on air bnb do not do it justice. The Decor is a fun mix of vintage, antiques, with a twist of eclectic. Brenda, the host, was absolutely amazing! We booked the cabin in the middle of the night, evacuating from hurricane Irma and she responded so promptly. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and she was quick to respond and get it fixed for me. She is very warm hearted and accommodating. Overall, We absolutely loved this cabin and look forward to staying again!

Best cabin rental I've been in to date! Don't pass this up!

My wife and I had a great week at the cabin. The views are incredible, the cabin has every amenity we could ever want in any season, and the location was convenient to get to Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and Dalohnega. However, it was far from any disturbance.

My wife and I spent a few days here for our anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect! The cabin has everything you could possibly want for a nice mountain getaway, and Brenda is the best host ever! We will definitely be booking this cabin again!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It was so nice to stay in a cabin that felt like a home instead of feeling like a hotel. You can really feel all of the love that went into making this cabin extraordinary. The mountain view is breathtaking and the cabin was the perfect size for our family of five. We caught fish, relaxed in the cabin, and enjoyed the hot tub. We had an incredible weekend and will cherish the memories that were made. I hope to be back very soon for a visit!

The photos of this cabin don't do it justice. I booked this cabin as a surprise for my finance's birthday, and in the end, I ended up being surprised with how secluded, relaxing, and comforting this little cabin was. Thankfully, our 2 pups were approved to join us and I'm certain they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. The property is huge and there are tons of things to do to keep you busy, or tons of things to not do so you can just enjoy the sounds of the river and a good book. Whatever you're looking for - this cabin has it. Of all properties I've stayed, we will 100% be back to this one!

The pictures can't do this magical little retreat justice. There are surprises at every turn, and plenty of options for relaxing and partaking of this lovely property. The location has an unblocked view of the Toccoa River, which you can view from the cabin's ample large windows, the spacious deck, or the screened-in porch with a large bed-- you can sleep outside! The last night it rained, and we loved lying in this nook and listening to the drops hit the metal roof. With the outdoor fridge, sink, grill, and separate full bathroom, you could decide to spend all of your time outside the cabin. The little fish pond behind the house with stairs leading up the ridge looks like something out of a Bob Ross painting. As the listing mentions, the cabin features a loft which requires access via a ladder. This combined with the stairs required to access the cabin itself, and the moderately difficult trail to the pool and hot tub could make staying here hard on visitors with mobility issues or joint pain, so if that is you, consider one of the owner's other listings instead. For us, accessing the loft was not hard, and we enjoyed our little trek up to the shared pool and hot tub (we were lucky enough to have both to ourselves the whole three nights we were there). Some practical things: The location is not terribly hard to get to, but the last mile is a gravel road, so be mindful if you just got a paint job on your vehicle or something. The kitchen inside is fully stocked with supplies for cooking, and there is an Ingles (or downtown Blue Ridge) just a 10 minute drive away. You may want to visit the grocery store before you settle in, because once you get to the Riverside Cabin, you won't want to leave!

Absolutely beautiful. If you're traveling to Blue Ridge to enjoy the scenery and quaintness of the town, this cabin can't be beat. Super secluded, quiet, and just the right amount of space for two people. Hosts were super accommodating to our last minute needs and really helpful.

This was a wonderful getaway for my wife and I. We needed a weekend away from the everyday hectic Downtown Atlanta life and this stay was awesome. We woke up every morning to a beautiful view and peace n quiteness. While there we did learn that there is Kayak and float tubing rental available further upstream even tho we did not partake. At low river time you have crystal clear view to the bottom of the lake. Awesome stay highly recommend.

This cabin was quite frankly the most beautiful air b&b I've ever stayed at. This is the most tranquil romantic cabin and I couldn't have fathomed anything more perfect for a romantic getaway. The cabin has everything you could possibly need and has no shortage of beautiful vantage points. My husband I are already planning our next trip here. You'd be absolutely crazy to pass this place up!

My boyfriend and I stayed a night here before a race. The place was really clean and super cute. It was quiet, easy to find and the host left great information about what to do in town. The deck area overlooking the woods was really pretty as well. Checking in and out was super convenient and Kathryn was great to work with! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This has been my best experience with airbnb! Kathryn's place is beautiful, spacious, and welcoming. It's even better than in the photos! Sitting on the front porch it feels like you are in your own forest world, yet downtown Blue Ridge is only a short drive away. Kathryn was such a thoughtful and friendly host! And her recommendations for things to do and places to eat around town were spot on. I'm honored to have been her first guests. We are already planning a trip back to Blue Ridge and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The cabin was perfect! Had a great little girls weekend getaway and it fit 12 girls comfortably. The views were great and the cabin was cozy. Would highly recommend!!

They cabin is beautiful and everything was clean enough. We arrived very late at night and the entrance to the cabin was super dark, no light at all. You have to follow the host instructions if not you will get lost.

We used this cabin for a bachelorette weekend with a group of nine girls. It was a great home base for hiking, visiting wineries, eating and walking around Blue Ridge, spa services, watching movies, and cooking at home.

Aimee's cabin is a dream! It feels so cozy but is very spacious and the master bath is awesome. Great view of the mountains from the porch. It was close to Blue Ridge but we still felt like we were in the woods and secluded. Would definitely stay there again!

This would have been a nice stay except the air conditioning did not work. We had to stay in an 80 degree cabin. All other hotels nearby were sold out and it was night so we were stuck. The host did little to solve the problem and had an "oh well" attitude. She finally contacted us back the next day (our check out day) to let us know that she was sending someone out. Someone should have been sent out that night to check on the A/C.

It was a wonderful quiet place. I definitely recommend staying here with family and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The house was clean and well-stocked. The location of the cabin was beautifully nestled in the woods. We were able to explore area trails and restaurants in close proximity, as well as cook at the house. We grilled steaks one night and were thankful that the house is really well appointed with all that we needed. I appreciated the fire place and the convenient quilts for reading on the porch.

The cabin was very neat and clean and had a great porch. It's obvious the owners take very good care of it. The kitchen was well stocked however it could have used a few more pots and pans. Our only compliant is that we didn't realize we would have neighbors and on occasion would hear them nearby. For instance, one morning we could hear someone using a hedge trimmer and another time someone was yelling for their dogs. This took away from the feeling of being secluded which we prefer when staying in the mountains.

Our experience at the American Country Cabin was very comfortable. The cabin was exactly as described; pictures were accurate. We really appreciated being able to bring the dogs! The directions were helpful, since as described, the GPS wouldn't find the address. We would recommend staying here, and if we find ourselves in the area, we'd gladly stay again.

Arian and Bridget's cabin is VERY nice! Their description is 100% accurate and they respond to messages VERY quickly. There is a master bedroom w/ closet, TV, and a private porch w/ fireplace. There is a loft upstairs with two twin beds and a full bathroom. The kitchen and living room is in one large, vaulted room with another fireplace. The kitchen is fully furnished with most things needed available. As for entertainment, there is Wifi and cable television. Surprisingly, there are plenty of books, board games, and some puzzles available for use. The cabin is ~8 miles outside of town so it's close enough to town to be reasonable and far enough to be secluded. Downtown Boue Ridge is full of cool shops, amazing restaurants, and two breweries. Plenty of hiking to be done within an hours drive of the cabin. 5/5. Would rent again.

The place is terrific! Close to Blue Ridge but it feels very remote, plenty of space, and with all the amenities (and then some) of home. We had an amazing stay here as we explored N. Georgia and awaited the eclipse.

This place was beautiful with 3 balconies all with seating and beautiful views of the trees. The road to the cabin was very steep, so you would need a full size car or SUV. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our week at the cabin. It was great to have a bedroom & bathroom on each level. The location is beautiful and serene. We loved the campfire area, hot tub, pool table & foosball game. The host was very responsive & provided easy directions. This cabin is located up a somewhat steep gravel road, which leads to the peacefulness. The "master bedroom" is on the upper level and has a super comfy bed and is probably the quietest room in the house. I took a few naps there while looking out at the mountain view. It is incredibly close to Main Street in Blue Ridge and many other fun attractions/ scenic areas.

Perfect cabin for our getaway. Place was very clean and every amenity was available. Each sleeping area is on a separate floor with its own bathroom for maximum privacy. Play in the game room, relax in the hot tub or hang out on the huge porch with relaxing views. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when we go back!

Blue Sky was great! This is an amazing location that is secluded while being just 5 minutes from restaurants, breweries, and everything you need. We got in a great hike and drove through great scenic roads near cabin. Bonus-we were able to bring our pup! Highly recommend!!!

Outpost 171 was exactly what we needed for a weekend away in the mountains! We flew into Atlanta from Cincinnati, OH on a whim because we needed to use an expiring ticket. Not caring exactly what part of the mountains we landed in, we searched specifically for the right cabin that would make us feel most comfortable on our time away—something a bit more modern and void of stuffed bears. We drove in from Atlanta, stopping at a farmer's market on the way to get food for our stay, but we didn't need much. Everything we needed was waiting for us; extra blankets, natural toiletries, coffee table books, even a blender (which we had messaged Molly earlier to ask about!). The property is secluded and allows for privacy, passing only a few other cabins on the road in. Set between Blue Ridge and Ellijay, we visited both towns. We were both pleasantly surprised at the options for quality food and drinks in the area. You can tell Molly and her partner, Damon, really put care into their cabin and our experience. It did not go unnoticed—Max and I would love to return!

We had a great, relaxing getaway staying in Molly's cozy cabin! The view was amazing and the place was so cute and comfortable. Also very close and easy drive to downtown Blue Ridge and Mercier Orchard (where we had the best apple cider donuts). The road up to the cabin is narrow and it was a bit nerve wracking the first time but once we got used to it it was really not a big deal (and much better than some mountain driving we've done!). Overall I'd highly recommend!

Molly's place was great! the cabin was cozy and had beautiful scenic views of the mountains. Wonderful if you're looking for a private getaway from city life. The cabin wasn't far from the downtown area where there is shopping and restaurants which was very convenient. All in all I highly recommend staying here! Molly was a wonderful host, great communication. Anytime we had questions she got back to us right away.

The cabin is everything you could imagine. It's quiet, private and fully loaded with appliances and supplies. It is truly the best a-frame cabin in the area. And you can tell the host has a good taste and very devoted to decorate this place. The antique cabinet, the decorations on the wall, the records and books, everything little things that could make us feel relaxed and home. We had some trouble finding the cabin while we arrive cuz it was raining heavily. And the Lloyd rd entrance is very easy to miss since the hill has a large angle. Molly and Damon are very responsive and warm. They made an almost 30 page guide book which is very helpful for guests who first visit Blue Ridge. Great people! We will definitely recommend to others and plan on our next stay.

This little A-Frame Outpost in the Georgia woods is perfect for those of us who love the ruggedness of the mountains --- but would prefer to steer clear of any stuffed bears, appliquéd moose heads, and gimmicky wall hangings. Molly and Damon are the perfect hosts; steady communication and are patiently available even when a storm takes out the power and you message them at three in the morning after getting spooked because you watched an Alien documentary before bed. Ahem. We adored the decor, thoughtful additions of handmade eco-conscious bath items, the little record player with some fun old school country records to slow dance to, their lists of great local recommendations and nicely stocked kitchen for us to make whatever we needed. We will definitely be back and will recommend this little hideaway to all of our friends. This is my personal favorite place I've stayed in Blue Ridge and it is certainly a find for those looking for an indie aesthetic, in a comfortable and authentic mountain home. Thanks guys for making my husbands birthday getaway so amazing!

My friend and I used Michael's cabin for a writer's getaway weekend in the mountains. The cabin was incredibly cozy and the scenery was ideal. Michael was very quick with communication, especially considering I booked the cabin less than 24 hours before my desired dates. Thanks to the quietness, amenities and the comfy accommodations, my friend and I got lots of writing done. This is the perfect getaway cabin for whatever reason you need to do so. My friend and I will probably make this a regular trip and we will use Michael's cabin for more writing adventures and creative rejuvenation.

The place is beautiful and we felt home from the moment we walked through the door! The cabin is beautiful, the area is beautiful, I truly felt in heaven! We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! There was a great view of the mountains, and the drive up to the cabin was easy and smooth. It was in a perfect location, with a short, easy drive to downtown Blue Ridge. The cabin was decorated so neatly and went above our expectations! This is the perfect cozy mountain cabin in tranquil and scenic Blue Ridge, GA area. Secluded with mountain views, you cant help but be relaxed and blissful while enjoying home cooked breakfast with coffee out on the screened-in back porch while watching the sunrise. There are moments in life where you relax, wind down and it strikes you how life is good. This is what we experienced at Michael's cabin. It is flawlessly decorated in a contemporary rustic style and the stone fireplace is the cabins feature with chopped wood at the ready for colder nights and AC for hotter days. The TV and internet reception was flawless for the rare times we needed to plug back into reality. The cabin has everything you need to include a very well appointed kitchen. You do not need to bring a single item to accomplish a gourmet meal, it even has a "magic bullet" style small blender. A few other cabins are in the area, but they are spaced far enough away to not hear anything, day or night. Michael was pleasant, easy to communicate with and his response times quick. It is tucked away in the woods, yet just 10 minutes from Ellijay and 15 from Blue Ridge, both of which have so much to offer from excellent food, outstanding boutique/art stores, zip line tours and water rafting. Blue Ridge has a historic train ride to another lovely boutique town across the Tennessee border and it passes through mountain towns, small farms and several water features along the way. A deeper drive into the mountains is an escape through lush green pastures, winding mountain roads and picturesque Georgia countryside. There is a large crater lake withing 40 minutes of the cabin for boaters/fishers. The special surprise was all of the apple orchards along the way (at least 10) and between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Some offer pick your own but all offer not only fresh apples but also peaches, nuts, veggies, sauces, candy and canned speads, donuts, jellies, fresh breads, fried fruit pies and more. I fully stocked my kitchen and picked up a bottle of hot sauce from an orchard named "Panoramic Orchards" my boyfriend promptly consumed consumed in two days. He was sometimes drinking it right of of the bottle. Michaels place is exceptional in every way and he is the perfect host. The area is wonderful and with so much to see and do we did not get to all of it so we will be back. Next time we will be getting the Georgia Hot Sauce by the case. Thank you very much Michael for the much needed rest at the perfect cabin in an exceptional vacation spot. We highly recommended Micheals cabin for the perfect north Georgia mountains experience.

Sorry for the late review! This cabin is perfect and a great deal! Highly recommend! I brought my boys here (ages 12 &13) and we had a fun long weekend . Very close to everything going on in and around town. Nice secluded cabin which is very spacious inside. You can see your neighbors but it appears the properties are rentals as well as we did not encounter anyone upon our stay. Very great airbnb experience!

Beautiful place!!

Very nice stay - good layout inside, great outdoor space, hot tub was FABULOUS, hammock was great. I thought it would be not quite as private as it was! There is a house maybe 100 feet away but nobody was staying there; and another maybe a couple hundred feet but we never saw or heard them. The back deck overlooks the Chattahoochee National Forest - super quiet and private - only the sound of birds and acorns falling. I loved the setting, and Dominic is very responsive to messages and always got back to me quickly. Cabin is nice inside - cozy couch and chair in the LR, good towels, clean, good Wi-Fi. We actually had a good cell signal also, go figure. Couple of things they might look into: 1. Good pots and pans selection, but absolutely nothing in the fridge, no coffee (although there is a maker), very little sugar and salt, no scrubbie to wash dishes with. When people are staying for a couple of days they aren't likely to bring scrubbies and salt! I can see expecting it for weeks-long stays. 2. Lovely gas grill - but the tank died after a few seconds. I didn't see a spare tank but perhaps I missed it. 3. One of the beds is a double, not a queen. 4. No wood for the fireplaces, although I had brought some just in case. Not a requirement; just nice to have some there. All in all, a lovely stay and I'd recommend it to others. Be sure to follow the written directions; my GPS took me past the correct street and onto a similarly named one, and it was HARD to get out of it in my little not-four-wheel-drive car. Also no matter what your GPS says, go back down the mountain the same way when leaving, so that you are on a paved road all the way down - I didn't once and seriously thought we might get stuck on a gravel road in the woods.

This location really is a great place for the economically minded. Granted, my stay was during the weekday when rates are lower, but I felt like I got my moneys worth in dividends. The hot tub was awesome, the lower patio was awesome, the living room was a great place to spark up a fire, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves a meal. It was very close to downtown Blue Ridge, which made things very easy for us to go shopping and pick things up. All in all, a very quaint and cozy cottage to stay young.

We stayed at Ric's place during the Labor Day weekend. Our family had a great time in the cabin and we also also loved that the city attractions. We had a wonderful host (Pete) that gave us all directions and information we needed in a matter of seconds. I was also amazed with the generosity and transparency from Pete during the whole process. We will definitely come back to Blue Ridge!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! Ric and Pete were wonderful hosts and always responded immediately. They provided everything we could possibly want or need. They had a well supplied kitchen as well as a washer/dryer, etc. The beds were oh so comfortable and the screened deck and multiple patios were spacious and enjoyable. The cabin is dog friendly and my two dogs had the time of their life. I also had two teenage girls who loved exploring the mountain and woke up every morning to hike. The cabin is about 5 miles from a quaint little waterfall that you can wade in (Falls Branch Falls). Its about an hour away from all types of different parks and beautiful sights. Its a lovely spacious cabin that is secluded and peaceful. I can't wait to return next year!

This cabin was pretty much what I expected- practically perfect!!! My boyfriend and I visited the Blue Ridge area for my 30th birthday and wanted a cabin that was tucked away with a view. We certainly got what we wanted! The smell of the air was unlike anything I'd ever experienced, the quiet of being pretty secluded was so peaceful and the cabin made us feel like we were worlds away from our daily lives. We were so impressed with Ric and Pete's decorating throughout the whole cabin. It really gave it a homey feel and allowed us to feel settled in and relaxed right away. I have one piece of advice to any future rentees and that is to go with a vehicle that is meant for rougher terrain! You can make it to the cabin in a sedan, but it's much easier if you're in an SUV or the like. We didn't really think about that when we rented our car and had a little Hyundai Accent that was not very happy driving through the mountains lol! All in all, this is a great place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to decompress and relax!

Perfect vacation cabin!

View is spectacular. Decor is really cute (someone definitely out a lot of thought into the details). I love that the hot tub is on the top deck, so it has a view. Cabin was very clean. Southern Comfort is a great Managment company ... they even drove up to the cabin to deliver a foosball when I called to say there wasn't one. The biggest thing I wish the listing mentioned is that the cabin only has well water (I think that's what it is). I grew up with well water, so it wasn't a big deal, but there really should be some notice. You can't drink it, can't make coffee with it (at least I wouldn't), and there is no ice available or even any way to make ice. Luckily, we brought water with us (which only turned out to be enough for the first night). Other than that, cabin was great! Oh, and there's a great fire pit.

Stayed for four nights for our family vacation. Cabin was roomy and comfortable for all! The great views, game room, and fire pit made staying in a delight. Cooked lots on the grill and made family meals in the kitchen. Great place for any type of stay! We would most definitely stay again.

Great cabin in Blue Ridge. The check-in process was easy, the team called to check on us the next morning too to make sure there wasn't anything else they could help with! Like other reviewers, I recommend making the trip up the mountain in the daytime first. Small road and lots of curves -- it could be intimidating in the dark! The cabin was exactly as described and looked immaculate. There is even a gas grill that's hooked up so no worries about charcoal or a propane tank. Only thing we wished we would of had was a cookie sheet. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing. It was very spacious but also had an intimate feel. I cannot say enough how breathtaking the view was, I could be out there for hours. I loved the hot tub, we got in every night. We also took advantage of the fire pit at the bottom of the house and made tasty s'mores. The bedroom with the canopy was a winner, it was in an open space upstairs but still had a private feel. I had to get adjusted to the big bear taxidermy rug on the wall walking up the stairs to the bedroom, needless to say we became friends by the end of the trip as well as the other taxidermy animals in the house lol. The basement was the gathering spot for games, we enjoyed the pool and foozeball table. Its plenty of parking on the property for cars. We didn't utilize the fireplace but their is wood provided in the carport and also inside. This house was amazing and we had so much fun here. Only advice I can give is make sure you have your food/groceries before it gets dark, those roads are something else! If possible, I highly suggest to drive a truck up there versus a car. The house was neat and clean upon arrival. I can't wait to book with Southern Comfort again!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It's so beautiful and perfect!! Loved the hot tub, fire pit and that you could hear the river. The inside is beautiful and everything was so clean and nice. I loved it!!

What a wonderful relaxing stay. We only had neighbors on the other side of the stream for a few hours. I believe staying through the weekdays helped to feel secluded as we noticed more people stirring around on the weekend. We played in the stream by the property, but if your looking for fishing this stream will not meet your needs. Suggest a 4x4 to navigate roads getting to property. If you are a nervous driver I would not recommend this particular property. The rocky steep mountain roads are not for the faint of heart. One must visit Mercier Orchards during their stay. We've consumed numerous apple pies and apple cider. Also enjoyed the scenic train ride. We just loved it here!

We did a couples retreat, and we fell in love with that cabin. Being right on the water and being able to listen to the creek at night was amazing. We enjoyed the surrounding Blue ridge restaurants and shops, which was not hard to get to. We have said that we would to love to make this an annual or even biannual trip.

We really loved this cabin. Our family of 5 and dog had a wonderful week long stay here. The kids enjoyed fishing and tubing in the stream every day. The cabin is extremely welcoming and the hosts provided everything we needed. The rocking chairs and dining table on the outdoor screened porch was a favorite spot to spend time and listen to the rushing water. We spotted lots of wildlife, including deer, coyotes, and even spotted some bear tracks. Catching fireflies became a nightly ritual for the kids. We had lots of family fun playing the great selection of board games and enjoyed the hot tub after days spent hiking. It did rain quite a bit while we were there, so we had some challenges with the gravel in the steep driveway. We managed just fine, but it's just something to keep in mind. I've already referred several friends looking for accommodations in this area. I would highly recommend this gem.

The house is cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. The knives were nice and sharp, and there were plenty of glasses, plates, flatware, and high-quality non-stick cookware (a rarity in cabin rentals). There is a king bed in the loft, a queen in the second bedroom downstairs, and a double/bunk bed in the kid room. My boyfriend and I came up with another couple and we had plenty of space. The loft bathroom is tiny and we are quite tall, so our friends stayed upstairs while we took the downstairs queen bed. The living area is an open floor plan with an amazing view of the water from the wall of windows in the sunroom area. That said, other than sleeping and food prep, we spent our time outside. The best part about this home is the outdoor living space. There is a big screened-in porch with a picnic table and chairs that is perfect for eating, reading, talking, and playing games. The fire pit is right on the water and the views all around are gorgeous! If you are looking to spend most of your trip relaxing outdoors this is the home for you.

We tubed on the river in the backyard, we kayaked nearby, we went horseback riding nearby, we zip lined nearby, we grilled, we built a fire, and we went in the jacuzzi several times. Gorgeous property, great location. A paved driveway for us "flat landers" who don't own a 4wd vehicle and a garbage disposal would be a great when hosting big meals.

This place was perfect! You can tell that the owners take personal pride in making sure every detail is taken care of. The place was so clean and nice. All you need to bring is your toothbrush! From wood by the fire pit to flower pots outside the door, this place is a perfect spot for a little "glamping". Loved it!

We had such a wonderful time at the sweet little place! The views and the amenities on the property were fantastic. We loved the privacy, yet we were only 3 miles from downtown. The owners had everything you would need as far as cooking supplies, coffee maker, linens and even a nice stack of firewood for the fire pit. Greg was super nice and helpful when trying to find things to do. We will definitely be back!

This place is like a hidden gem! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing visit to the mountains!

Perfect, perfect, perfect! Wonderful location. Incredible view. Adorable camper. Glamping at it's finest! We loved everything about this place. Great camping experience without all the hard work of set up because it's already done! All the details seem to have been considered, very well stocked, more than expected! Our favorite spot was definitely the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs with a clear view of the mountains and river. We loved just sitting enjoying the view in the mornings and evenings listen to the birds and the sound of the river... could even hear the river in the camper at night which was a sweet surprise! Also the outdoor grill/kitchen set up was fantastic... washing dishes wasnt so bad with such a beautiful view. The trails on the property were gorgeous, with almost a tropical feel. We played corn hole by the river, sat on the dock, and took advantage of the pool when the afternoons got hot ( which we had all to ourselves) or simply took a nap in the camper because the AC worked great! We will definitely go back here for our next quiet time retreat!

Great glamping spot to be sure, set in a secluded spot on a large private property which includes a pool and access to a lovely stretch of the Toccoa River. Our dogs were in heaven and Greg was friendly and responsive. Thumbs up!

What a wonderful place to "glamp"! We stayed here for 3 nights with our 9 & 6 year olds and had a wonderful time. Even with so much rain during our stay, the lean-to made the pop-up enjoyable. Having the attached bathroom and grill under the covered area was a very nice addition. So close to downtown Blue Ridge and other activities. I highly recommend the Toccoa River Camp.

We enjoyed our time at Joy's house. She was very hospitable and she made us feel right at home. While she was preparing breakfast, the electricity went out and she went to Waffle House to pick up coffee for us! When she returned, the electricity had come back on and she was able to finish breakfast. It was our first experience with Airbnb, and we were very pleased with it!

My first experience wth Airbnb and Joy has spoiled me for life. Her home is lovely! She was so pleasant and accommodating even though I arrived later than expected due to airport delays and weather. She offered complete privacy or lively conversation - a consummate host. Her dog and cats are a hoot - especially Lincoln her big galoot of a dog! Would love to visit again!

This location is perfect for downtown Blue Ridge shopping and restaurants .We loved the privacy of our room which looked out onto the rocking chair porch. When traveling to a B&B part of the charm is meeting the owners. We enjoyed sitting and talking with our hostess who had many interesting stories to share. When we left we felt like family!

We loved our stay at Joy's. The rooms are decorated impeccably, as is the rest of Joy's home. There are thoughtful details everywhere you turn. Joy welcomed us into her home and took the time to give me a gracious tour of her garden when I inquired about all of her gorgeous landscaping. We loved our time with Joy and would happily stay here again!

Perfect accomodations in a a beautiful, quiet, serene, location. Perfect hostess, who was able to guide me to everything from excellent wine, excellent pastries to Civil War Battlefields.

Joy was a delight to meet. She was very friendly and helpful, showing us around immediately and making us feel very welcome. Her dog, Lincoln was very well mannered and very BIG. We enjoyed her lovely home with beautiful views of fall trees and a lovely patio in the back.

Joy was such a great host to me and my friend. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect stay!

We stayed only one night at Joy's and when we left it was already like saying goodbye to a friend. Everything was as described. Joy was not only very accommodating given our erratic schedule but also extra sensitive to our needs. The bed and pillows were so comfy and the house and grounds were just beautiful especially this fall. An added touch is a breakfast of delicious local fruit and goodies from Mercier and coffee. Her dog, Lincoln was so adorable too. Joy was the perfect host.. Wish we could've stayed longer!
