Das reine Wohngebiet liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, jedoch so zentral das zu Fuß in 5 Minuten die Bushaltestelle für den Stadtbus erreicht werden kann. Bad Camberg mit der Kernstadt liegt 3 km entfernt und kann gut zu Fuß oder mit dem öffentlichen Stadtbus erreicht werden. Die Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, bei Bedarf ist ein Kinderreisebett vorhanden.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

In the nearby there are good shopping facilities an indoor thermal bath with sauna, fitness and wellness. A number of trails and bike paths. The historic, old town of Wetzlar with its half-timbered houses, the cathedral and many attractions. You'll love my place because of the view, high ceilings, the location, the surroundings and the kindness of the people. My place is nice for couple, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and big groups.

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 sqm) in the Weilburg district Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a parking space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping facilities are very good as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

Holiday home on the edge of the forest "Silberhaus" with sauna

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the site of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. The Silver House is newly renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished. Thanks to the high-quality furnishings and some extras such as infrared cabin, wood stove, sauna with outdoor shower, large terrace with a view of the forest and much more, our holiday home is the ideal place for recreation and relaxation.

Our beautiful & cozy bright basement apartment of 80 m² with a 12 m² terrace is located in a 3rd family house. A little shabby chic and French furnishings. Great for couples, or families with 2-3 kids, for interns or businessmen, for vacationers or cyclists or hikers discovering the Lahn and Hesse, family visit near Optikstadt Wetzlar. I rent this unique apartment in the yard of a historic mill. (Be sure to check out my new apartment 'In the horse stable' too ) The barn loft is under the roof of the former barn. It consists of kitchen-living room, bedroom and one bathroom. You can reach the room via several stairs. Pure nature, with horses, dogs, cats, chickens and geese and all that naturally blends with it.
