I offer my guests complimentary parking permits for one car in the surrounding streets, however spaces are limited, toiletries, kitchen basics, linens and super fast broadband.

The property underwent a complete renovation in June 2021 it has brand new bathrooms and kitchen. In fact, everything is brand new. It is now a wonderful 3 bed 2 bathroom luxury holiday rental. The ground floor has an open plan living space with wooden flooring throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and seating area with comfortable leather sofas and curved screen TV. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms & family bathroom and a huge master bedroom on the 2nd floor with en-suite.

Bi-fold doors open on to the large, south-facing balcony which is furnished with comfortable seating and table. Grand Banks has private parking for two vehicles, EVCP, fitness suite and lifts.

Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
