Calm and fresh, this newly renovated seaside themed house has been tastefully fitted out to provide a lush backdrop to your coastal break. It includes most items you expect in a home so no need to pack the iron. A real home from home. Although, this house boasts a great location. Just one minute stroll from the stunning sea front views with two miles of golden sand beach to unwind upon. There's also two private parking places to further alleviate stress. (Which is a real bonus in Exmouth.)

The house was the home of a well known local artist for many years and has undergone a total renovation in 2025 to bring it up to date whilst retaining all the original features and charm. Stay in our newly refurbished studio. There is a king sized bed for a comfortable night’s sleep, soft fresh bedding and towels all included. With your own private shower room and private entrance you won’t be disturbed. There’s WiFi , a mini fridge and a kettle for a cuppa . We are ideally located in a quiet residential area just 1 mile from the beach and the South West coastal Path. The town is 1.5 miles .
