Clean, cozy and well equipped (kitchen, etc). Peaceful location and the extra amenities were great! (Swimming pool, etc). We would stay again.

The place was spotless and well maintained. Beautiful location with a route to walk/ trek nearby too. We had a great time during the stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Upton Borne Lodge for my best mates Hen. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and they came with so many recommendations of activities & food from the local area. The house was spotless and just as described with flexible options for sleeping arrangements. The hot tub, pools, sauna were perfect additions. We didn’t leave all weekend as we had everything we needed! Gill & George were so helpful with everything and it’s well worth the price!

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

I booked this wonderful property for my best friend's hen do. 10 of us stayed here and hired the property for the weekend. We paid for the garden games, escape room, wine tasting and bbq use for one day. We had the most amazing weekend, we had an entire packed itinerary for almost every hour of the whole weekend from everything available on site and had the best time, we almost didn't have enough time to enjoy every amenity. Not only was the property expansive and full of activities ,even if we didn't pay for extras, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming. From taking time out of their own weekends to check we had everything we needed to setting up games, awarding prizes and giving the bride keepsakes for her wedding they couldn't have made us felt more welcome. Waking up in the morning there were horses, sausage dogs and incredible views paired with a kareoke room and a swimming pool. A site that can accommodate a plethora of activities, we would definitely revisit.

Absolutely stunning place. Louise was the perfect host answering every question I asked. The pool was a great hit with us adults and of course the children. The farm tour was lovely and Louise was very understanding when my little boy had a nose bleed whilst feeding the calves. I would highly recommend a stay at The Grange!

This was our first visit to Exmouth and our first time using AB&B and I am delighted to say that both exceeded expectations. Host Laraprovided all the information we needed prior to our arrival and the property was well situated for town and beach with an abundance of fabulous walks in the area. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we might need during our stay. We loved the decor of the house with its eclectic mix of artwork and collectibles along with the covered terrace that provided a peaceful haven. It is a really lovely place to stay and relax and we look forward to returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Megan’s place, a beautiful and peaceful location with lots to explore in Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Exmouth (via the Starcross Ferry). The Shrimp cottage was cosy and well-equipped with a friendly and helpful host.

My family and I shared a week here and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of detail and care Susan put into making our stay enjoyable. Immaculate presentation from the moment we opened the door. Plenty of bed linen and towels which were particularly handy with two young children. The house was spotless, exactly as the photos suggested. The welcome basket we were given was a huge surprise, especially after a long drive. I cannot fault this place at all, it’s absolutely gorgeous, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Susan.

We have been to Exmouth on more than one occasion and found Kayleigh’s property to be exactly what we wanted in close proximity to all our requirements. Kayleigh was an excellent host and answered all our queries without hesitation. We would have no problem recommending anyone if they were looking for somewhere to stay and if available we will most certainly book to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, modern, extremely clean accommodation. It had everything we needed for our week's stay. It is ideally situated for the town and beaches. The parking space is a bonus and we didn't need to use the car much due to the vicinity of the property. Jennifer was always very helpful throughout and was quick to respond to any of our questions. She was extremely helpful when we requested an extension to our stay close to arrival. All in all, we don't have any negatives and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Exmouth. Exmouth always has a lot to offer and there are many excellent pubs and restaurants to choose from. Try out the local pub The Bicton Inn, it has a great community spirit and has many activities throughout the year such as Shanty singing etc. Thanks Jennifer.

We booked a 3 night stay in the week. Harry’s place was fantastic. He supplied enough breakfast items to feed a few people, which was such a bonus . The house was lovely, really homely and comfortable. Our pooch was catered for too. Some really beautiful walks from the house into the woods, which we all enjoyed. The coast was about 30mins drive, which we did visit. One thing to note, some of the local restaurants/takeaways were not open until midweek which wasn’t a deal breaker but good to know. The Pig at Combe was a great place to visit and eat, dogs allowed in the Folly, highly recommend. Communication from Harry was great and we did get to meet him as they only live next door. We would definitely like to visit again.

lovely cottage close to the centre of Exmouth and easy walk to seafront. The cottage is in a pretty quiet street with a great pub at the end of it! Loved everything about the cottage, had everything we could have wanted. Katherine was very clear and friendly with instructions. We wouldn't hesitate on coming back. Thank you Katherine.

Great place with beautiful views. It has a peaceful, lovely feel to the house. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The cottage is in a little commune with some other cottages and there’s a great vibe to the whole place. Katie was super helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Perfect place for a rural Devon getaway.

We had the most amazing weekend staying in Jemma’s home. We had a problem with our tv (that wasn’t a huge thing) but it was sorted straight away. Jemma was so helpful with everything went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. The only thing I would say if I was being picky would be it might be helpful to have a mirror in each bedroom otherwise the house was perfect and the welcome basket was so nice. Would definitely recommend x

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Lots of thought has gone into the decor and it showed. Good kitchen and bathrooms, strong internet and always nice to have a little outdoor space. The letdowns for us were the missing sofa in the lounge, and the top level bedrooms. The twin beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and possibly only suitable for children, and the double room needs a blind on the window. However, despite this, we had a great stay. The accommodation is of a very high standard and fully deserves the 5* given.

We absolutely loved our stay here ! . It was beautifully decorated and garden was so peaceful and well maintained. We really enjoyed our selfs so much we requested to stay more nights .
