Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Peaceful area with great hiking areas right outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of beach and jetties. Close to Kjevik Airport, Sørlandssenteret, Kristiansand Zoo and Kristiansand. Grocery store and shop 200 m away. Restaurant 50 m away. And only 150 m to a beautiful sandy beach. The apartment: 2 bedrooms with double beds in both rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Terrace with garden furniture and sun from morning to evening. One of the people who will be staying in the apartment must be 45 years old as it is the rule to be able to stay in these apartments.

Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Cozy tree house in the trees at Harkmark for rent all year round. The cabin is well insulated and has a wood stove ready for use. Otherwise, the cabin consists of a small kitchen, toilet, one bedroom and loft with a double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The outdoor area contains a large dining table, fireplace pan, and hammock. Below the cabin there is a lake where there are 8 canoes that one can borrow for free, as well as a lean-to with barbecue facilities.
