We had a wonderful stay at Roland's & Afrah's lovely home! Afrah gave us a warm and informative welcome when we arrived and the whole family was very kind and friendly throughout our stay. The home was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with all the essentials and more. The neighborhood was very charming. We especially enjoyed the 8-minute walk to the center of the old town for some of the best gelato we've had at Eis & more. If we had more time, we would have visited the evening hours of the winery down the street and the authentic German restaurant a block or so away. Perfect location for trips to Frankfurt, Mainz and more. On our next visit to Frankfurt, we would stay here again in an instant! Many thanks to Roland and Afrah!

The accommodation looks really as good as in the photos, very well equipped, the hosts were very friendly, the communication worked smoothly, it was round about a very great place to stay, which I can recommend to everyone!

Roland and his family were very kind and helpful, at the first evening Roland marked all shops, restaurants and transport stations on the map, which helped a lot! Fantastic stay at Roland's place. The house is beautiful and very well appointed. Excellent neighborhood with very easy street parking even for my large SUV. Roland was extremely attentive, very friendly, and even set up the upstairs bedroom for our kids! Communication was excellent as well. The house is a bit bright with summer sunsets occurring after 2230 and the beds were a bit firm. That being said, those details pale in comparison to the overall value and experience of staying with Roland. The home is modern and has a huge shower with a rainfall shower head. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need and Roland even provided expresso! The neighborhood is family friendly with several fantastic restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance. Highly recommended for families and couples traveling in the area.

Wow! Very clean and modern apt. Exactly as described. Three stories with the ground floor being the living room, a small nook for the dining table, kitchen and half bath. The second floor has a bedroom with full bath and up the spiral staircase to the top floor is another bedroom. The place is immaculate and seems to be recently remodeled. Hochheim is conveniently located near Darmstadt and Frankfurt. It is home to several wineries and is a nice quiet neighborhood to walk around. Roland and Afrah are wonderful hosts who are personable and more then willing to share information about the town. They live in the front part of the home so are easily accessible if needed. I would highly recommend this home for any one looking for a clean modern quiet place to stay.

I would highly recommend Roland & Afrah's lovely property. Bright, spacious airy,it had everything you could possibly need and is only a short walk from the centre of beautiful Hochheim. The facilities and décor were all of a high standard and we were made to feel very welcome. Roland & Afrah could not have been more friendly or helpful which helped make our family stay really special. This is a great property to which I am sure we will return. Thanks again.

Roland house is new brand and nice house. Because of it's location we can enjoy many nice restaurents and wine bar. House is 3 story house so have to concerns who bring child I recommend this house is worth to stay for family

Very nice place to stay for reasonable money. Not luxury, but all basic needs are covered: washing machine, ironing. Special thanks to the host, Kaludia. She is very helpful and nice person, she was worrying about every aspect of my stay. Also she gave information about local shops and places around. Location near the city center, nice and communicative host, in the flat was another person - very friendly btw, but not speaking EN. Some tensions between the host and neibourghs. Small room for visitors but adequate to the prize.

Best Joao, We were there one night and anyoyed the air BnB. We felt welcome from the beginning. We wern't inside and already get a drink from you. You know a lot about the good restaurants. That's why we had a great time in Brauhaus where we have eat and drink the entire night. Conclusion: the communication and information was great. Thank you!

The owner is friendly and very welcoming. He wait for us even we came late at 2.00 a.m. The house is well equipped and the owner is always keep on updating about us during our journey to his house.

Ulrich was very nice, his rental was exactly as pictured and very clean. He went out of his way to tell us about the area and places to go which was helpful. The location was great, beautiful city and within walking distance to many different restaurants.

I stayed here for a night with my parents. The couch was comfy enough and got me through the night. We needed a place for a night to break our long drive and it was fine for that. If you look beyond the immediate surroundings, it is close to nice scenary as well and easy to get onto the Autobahn from. Its 2 floors up and has a large terrace for use. The check in was very easy and also very friendly with a personal tour of the place and reachability since the hosts live in the apartment below!

This was a great find last minute! Theresa was able to get us checked in only a few hours after we requested to book. It was a little smaller than I thought which was only an issue because we have an active toddler with us and weather was not permitting us to enjoy the very large balcony. Everything was great!

It was very nice at Theresa, the apartment is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. Parks and shopping possibilities. The apartment itself is gorgeous.

Claudia is a very sweet + dear hostess who greeted us with fresh strawberries + cherries. She is very helpful, the communication was very nice! The apartment is very centrally located at the cathedral, the old town and the Rhine. In addition, several buses are only a few minutes away, you can easily get there from the station (and back). The small apartment has a small kitchen with everything necessary. In the bathroom, Claudia even provided various utensils (such as body lotion, toothpaste ...). The bed is super comfortable and absolutely adequate for 2 people! A TV is also available! Everything is very tastefully decorated and very clean! A nice little dining place is at the window, so a breakfast even better! Key delivery was problem-free and also the check-out was great, we could have left many hours for it! Helpful for us was also the Mainz city guide including plan! We enjoyed the days very much and would gladly come back at any time!

Claudia is the sweetest person! She cares greatly! The room is in a perfect location right by the downtown in old Town Mainz and near many cafes and shopping options. Claudia met us at the train station and then walked us to the loft and even had strawberries waiting for us in the room. The room is clean and has a full kitchenette which is very nice. There is no air conditioning, but if you just tilt the window open during night it's perfect. Claudia is very flexible and informative! She definitely made us feel at home. The loft is perfect for two and also close to the rhein(river). More than happy with our stay!

Guy ist ein sehr netter und entgegenkommender Gastgeber, der beim check-in durchaus flexibel ist. Das kleine Appartement im Wohnheim ist spartanisch, klar, bietet aber alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ideal, um in der ansprechenden Umgebung joggen zu gehen, aber gleichzeitig benötigt man mit dem Bus nur 10 min in das Zentrum von Mainz.

Super, hervorragend ! Unschlagbares Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Guy ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger Gastgeber, der Alles dafür tut, dass der Gast zufrieden ist. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes war perfekt, freundlich und präzise. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben: ein kleiner Wohnraum mit Bett und Schreibtisch und Platz für eine zusätzliche (Luft-) Matratze. In der sauberen Kochecke¨/Küche ist alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht: Spülbecken, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Das Badezimmer mit Toilette, Dusche und Handspülbecken ist sauber und geräumig. Die Appartement-Anlage liegt direkt an einer Bushaltestelle und sehr nahe an der Autobahnauffahrt. Wir hatten leider bei unserer Anreise 2 Stunden Verspätung (unsere Schuld) und Guy war so unglaublich lieb den Appartementschlüssel zu meinen Eltern in Mainz zu bringen. Was für ein Service ! Kurz gefasst: wir waren sehr zufrieden, für den Preis wird man nichts besseres finden und wer Versailles buchen will, muss dann eben Versailles buchen ! Vielen Dank für Alles, Guy und besonders dafür, dass Du trotz unserer Verspätung unsere Übernachtung möglich gemacht hast ! ++++++++++++++ Super, excellent ! Le rapport qualité-prix est inbattable. Guy est un hôte adorable, qui fait tout pour que le voyageur se sent à l'aise et pour que le séjour se passe bien ! La communication avant et pendant le séjour fut parfaite, très rapide et efficace. L'appartement est très propre et commé décrit: un petit séjour avec lit et bureau, il y a de la place pour un matelat (à l'air) additionnel. dans la cuisine (très propre aussi) il y a: lavabo, frigo, plaques de cuisson, chauffe-eau etc. La salle de bain est assez grande, avec douche, toilette et lavabo (là aussi: tout est propre). L'immeuble dans lequel se trouve l'appartement est très bien situé: arrêt de bus en face, très proche d'un accès à l'autoroute. Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés avec 2 heures de retard (entièrement de notre faute) et Guy avait l'énorme gentillesse d'emmener la clé chez mes parents... ce qui nous a sauvé la nuit ! Quel service ! Un très grand merci à Guy, rien que pour ça. En résumée: nous étions très satisfait, l'appartement est fonctionnel et propre, il est impossible de trouver mieux pour ce prix. We are very happy that we chose Rita's place for our stay in Hochheim! Everything was well organised starting from our arrival until our leaving.Rita has a clean,cosy appartment in a quite neighbourhood.There are restaurants around,schops and we could easily reach everywhere.The railwaystation is only 12 min walk from Rita's place.This was also very conveniet for us for visiting Frankfurt and Wiesbaden. Rita provided us with tea,coffe,fruit etc.We are very thankful to Rita for everything!

It's a very nice house located in the silient small town on the river north bank and my room with a comfirtable bed even without a TV in my room. But for a foreigner, it doesn't matter, a smartphone for me is enough. Hope the wifi and washing machine will be ready asap, that will be more perfect. BTW: the host and her son are quite friendly.

Troy, Lina and Sasha are really very open, welcoming and nice people. You feel perfectly at ease at their home. You can use the kitchen, and the bedroom and bathroom are furnished with everything you need. Neighourhood is quite, and you only have to cross the bridge to get to the old town of Mainz and the archaeological Museum (RGZM - worth seeing). I highly recommend.
