This cozy cottage has 3 BR and 2 Baths and a stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home. Enjoy fishing from your private dock or take a spin in the paddle boat or kayaks provided. After a long day on the lake, you can enjoy a game of pool, classic arcade games, darts, or board games. WiFi is provided as well as 3 smart TVs. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and water toys.

This log home is centrally located between Columbia and Charleston. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches all close by.

Located 20 minutes from Santee and 1 hour from downtown Charleston. All your streaming services are avalible. This is a great place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy yourself. If you fish , this is on a lake known for great fishing featuring the big blue cat fish. Or if you just want to enjoy a quiet time away this is the retreat for you.

Relaxing Comfortable Waterfront Family Dock Suite

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.

Enjoy your stay at this immaculately designed new build Villa. Located on a family property surrounded by 2 acres of trees, in a quiet rural neighborhood. Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, yet only 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. 15 minutes from Downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from Charleston and various coastal attractions. The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.
