Der Miniraum (Gesamtfläche 14 m2) verfügt über alle Details, die dir den Aufenthalt gemütlich und angenehm machen. Es hat ein bequemes Bettsofa, das du am Tag als Sofa benutzt. Du hast einen Aussenraum mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sesseln und Liegestühlen. Auch ein Feuerring steht zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus beginnt ein schöner Wald zum Wandern

The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200). We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.

Lucerne at your feet, the Rigi opposite, the Pilatus just above, the hiking trail right behind the garden - that's how we live! We have a great view, but also about 70 steps to the studio. In addition, our studio is quietly located on the edge of Kriens. By public transport, it is a bit difficult to get to us or to the city. If steps and edge location do not bother you, you will certainly feel comfortable in our cozy studio.

It's a new and modern apartment with only one room and a lovely gallery. So it's an ideal place to stay for a couple or a small family (no separate bedroom!). In the bathroom there's a bathtub and a shower. You've got a good equipped kitchen.
