The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

There are good shopping facilities in the nearby supermarket with a bakery (5 minutes), a restaurant (5 minutes walk), bus stop (50m), children's playground in sight. Free parking. Dear guests, welcome to our stylishly renovated half-timbered house from 1850. We want to offer you living in a special atmosphere: exposed half-timbering, partly exposed masonry and natural clay ceilings meet designer chairs and lamps. Clear lines in the decor, on organic structures of the house. Lush jelängerjelieber, a native climbing plant, climbs around the house lined with perennials. There is plenty of free parking around the house.
