Near the way of St James you will find our house with the lovely holiday home in country house style. It is surrounded by lavender and the garden. The patio offers you time to relax. By foot you need about 20 min to the Marburg castle and to the old part of the town. Private entrance, parking spot outside the house. Terasse. Private access. Parking in front of the house. Patio. The Marburg-Ockershausen district starts after Universitätsstrasse. It is a quiet neighbourhood towards southwest Marburg. The district Marburg-Ockershausen is close by the central quarter of the universitystreet. It is a quiet area to live in the southwest of the city of marburg.

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Beautiful, very bright small apartment absolutely central, only 100 meters from the Elisabethkirche, with everything needed. Cozy double bed with electrically adjustable headboards, complete small kitchen, daylight bathroom. Very quiet house in a central location. A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Even from the large shower, you can sometimes observe a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front you have a beautiful view towards the city center.
