Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the beautiful wine village of Eichstetten, directly from various excursion destinations such as hiking and cycling. The seed garden, breeding and show garden, is about 450 m away and is also the start and end point of the Geopfad (length 9.5 km / ascent 500 m /descent 500 m / difficulty medium), one of the entrances to the Kaisertour (mountain bike tour / length 68 km / 1360 m / difficult) or the starting point for many mountain bike or bike tours.

The open, light-flooded living/dining area with gallery, the sunny south-facing balcony and the warm wooden tones give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. The wellness area with sauna and hot tub in the house invites you to relax after a nice hike. The cottage is located in the upper village of Eichstetten in a quiet location. In just a 5-minute walk you are directly in the Eichstetter vineyards.

Im Studio befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche. Klimaanlage, gutes WLAN. Das Studio "Lichtblick", 30qm, befindet sich auf gleicher Etage, zwischen beiden befindet sich das Bad. (schau Inserat "Lichtblick") Man kann auch beide Unterkünfte buchen, wenn mehr als 2 Personen zusammen reisen.
