Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Die wunderschöne und gepflegte Dachgeschosswohnung hat eine Fläche von 44qm u. bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Gäste. Für Ihren Komfort haben sie im Doppelzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Zusätzlich zwei bequeme klappbare Gäste Betten. Modernes Bad mit Dusche,Föhn und Bidet Brause. Küche mit Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach,Toaster, Wasserkocher,Waschbecken, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle. Das Stadtzentrum ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Autobahn A5 sind es 6 km.

Studio "Mühlbach"

Das Studio "Mühlbach" befindet sich im 2. OG, auf der Ostseite, Wohnfläche ca. 25qm. Komplettsanierung bis 2022. Die Geräuschkulisse des Mühlbachs begleitet Dich Tag und Nacht. Die Gäste benutzen den selben Hauseingang wie Bewohner, ebenso das Treppenhaus, das sich im Wohnbereich (Haus) befindet. Der Gast hat ansonsten keinen Kontakt zu Wohnbereichen der Gastgeber. Saunabenutzung (1.OG) ist nach Absprache möglich. Im Studio befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche.

In the "Ferienhaus zur alten Mauer" in Eichstetten am Kaiserstuhl we rent three apartments. The Tannengrün vacation home is modern, cozy and comfortably furnished and has a small balcony with seating. The wellness area with sauna and hot tub in the house invites you to relax after a nice hike. The vacation home is located in the upper village of Eichstetten in a quiet location. In just a 5-minute walk you are right in the Eichstetter vineyards - surrounded by nature.

We welcome you to our newly renovated 50 sqm 1-bedroom apartment in the beautiful half-timbered house village of Vörstetten. Freiburg city center is 10 minutes by car, and a public bus connection is available. Europa-Park is 25 minutes away. Our apartment, furnished with a lot of love and comfort, is located on the lower ground floor and is surrounded by a spacious garden. A high-quality sleeping system & the quiet neighborhood promise good rest.

Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit bis zu 6 Personen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung mit Blick auf Wiesen und Wälder, umgeben von Bauernhöfen und idyllischem Landleben.

You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.
