Guests have at their disposal 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a private garden with a terrace, a garage (2.1 m high) and parking spaces. There is also an elevator in the building. The apartment area is approximately 70 m2 plus approximately 80 m2 of garden with terrace (in summer with garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue)
