Little Barn's in the busy bustling village of Marldon. Set on the border of the South Hams and Torbay, there are two Local pubs, a convenience store a post office and a garage. Offering a feast of activities in all the sorrounding areas. A 15 minuit drive to the unusual market Town of Totnes, 5 min drive to Preston Sands, a foot path on the doorstep to Cockington Village. Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.
