Sjöboden, lake house by Lake Vänern

Unique maritime accommodation. Here you have the opportunity to stay in a maritime museum right next to Vänern's beach with its own patio and swimming facilities just a few meters from the property. Larger sandy beach is about 200 meters away. Fantastic views of the inlet to Kristinehamn. Boat ramp just below the house. Walking distance along Vålösundet to several restaurants and cafés. Only a couple of kilometers to the city center with even more restaurants and shops. Welcome to this unique lake cabin.

Unik chans att bo i en kreativ miljö strax intill vackra Klarälven. Du har kan göra cykelutflykter på klarälvsbanan precis intill, cyklar och kanot finns att låna. Njut av lugnet på landsbygden och inspireras av gårdens kreativa kaos. Gästvänliga värdar delar gården. Utrustat kök finns i boendet. Toalett och tillgång till dusch finns i huvudbyggnaden. Tillgång till bastu vid i älven. Då boendet är en ombyggd atelje är boendet ett stort rum för max 3 personer. På gården bor även katt och höns

Hit kommer du som gillar naturen och den direkta närheten till sjöns möjligheter med alltifrån bad till fiske. Boendet lämpar sig också för dig som vill övernatta på väg till ditt resmål. Under den kalla årstiden finns oftast möjlighet till vinterbad direkt från den egna bryggan, pimpelfiske och skridskoåkning

Spacious loft with wood-burning stove, in a quiet, rural location

Välkommen till detta ombyggda träloft på 50 m², som ligger lugnt och avskilt bakom huvudhuset på gården. Du bor i en lantlig och naturskön miljö med skogen runt hörnet och närmaste sjö ligger bara 800 meter bort. Vedkaminen skapar en mysig stämning när du är inomhus. Om du vill ut och röra på dig finns det vackra vandringsleder och för cykelentusiasten väntar längre turer runt sjöarna. Runt loftet finns det trivsamma uteplatser där du kan grilla, eller koppla av och njuta av naturen.

Simple overnight on idyllic lake

Freshly renovated guest cabin on our idyllic property overlooking lake Gapern. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The insulated cabin has a small wood stove and electric heater, mini fridge, tea/coffee station, and its own deck facing the morning sun — relax and listen to the birds. Double bed and workspace. Extra mattresses can be borrowed. Blackout blinds for privacy and deep sleep. Access the shared bathroom via your own back door entrance to the main house.

Forest house at Pionjärgård

Vårt vackra, renoverade lilla hus 'Skogshus' ligger på baksidan av vår fastighet mot fjället. Det är ett enkelt men bekvämt och mysigt hus. Med kök, sovrum med två fristående sängar som kan skjutas ihop och ett litet badrum med toalett/dusch. Uppvärmning sker med hjälp av en vedspis. Trä får du gratis. * din vistelse i vårt skogshus ingår sänglinne och handdukar. På vår fastighet har vi en stor trädgård, getter, höns, ankor, gäss och och två hundar.

Dream cottage by the river!

"Bullerbyboende" with fantastic river views! Here you live in a newly renovated cottage close to the river. The house is completely renovated in the old style with its own charm. There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room, you can reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and views of the river. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

Modern stuga with lake view, surrounded by nature

Stay in our beautiful stuga (2022) with a traditional look and modern interior. Enjoy the unique sound of cranes, and spot a deer or moose in the backyard during Summer. Take a walk along the stream, and discover the different colours of trees in the Autumn. Explore the white world and the frozen lake in the Winter. And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.

Cozy cottage with a fireplace and nice garden

A sacred space used for yoga classes and gong/crystal bowl baths. There is a cozy wood stove and sleeping loft for two people. It also has a veranda for coffee under the trees. It is a short two minute walk to the lake and the center of Molkom Village. It is also close to the Angsbacka Festival and Course Center with all its events.
