The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

It is located in Chania, in the suburban area of Mournies. It is 3,6 km away from the center of the city and 4,3 km from the Old Venetian Harbor. It is a brand new ground floor apartment of 98 sq.m., with private parking space, built by Danae and her family in 2022 with a lot of love and passion.
