Cozy own small house close to the sea, beach and Gothenburg

Our little guesthouse, bright and airy, in a separate part of the garden, in a quiet area. It has two comfortable beds downstairs and two mattresses in the sleeping loft. Toilet, microwave, small fridge, small outdoor kitchen, barbecue, sheets, towels and outdoor furniture on the small terrace and in the gate. Private shower via private entrance in the large house near. Hammock and usually two bicycles. Teresa, a visual artist, works in the studio, the garden, or takes a break at the beach. We are comfortable with guests and do our best to make everyone comfortable.

The location of the cottage is close to the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on the property, with sea views and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance there are lovely swimming areas by beaches or cliffs. The community offers shops, restaurants, cafes and proximity to fishing and hiking. Good transport is available to visit cities such as Gothenburg, Kungsbacka and Varberg. This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The studio is located on the same lot as the host's house. The studio is only 25 sqm but is cleverly planned and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio has a sleeping loft with a smaller double bed 140cm wide). A single bed (80cm wide) is also located downstairs. We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds!
