Edith and her husband are passionate and loving people. Our stay in the gypsy wagon was wonderful: the view is not touching, environment is beautiful, and it was lovely to be able to wake up to birdsong. Pipowagen has everything you need and it's the little things that make: Nespresso coffee capsules, shower gel and shampoo, delicious breakfast with fresh juice, boiled eggs and hot cakes. At an additional cost, we also have a horse with Edith can make beautiful walks. Super recommended! Thanks again and see you soon!

What a lovely place to stay. So unique and perfectly decked out for a holiday. Everything you ever need is available. The area is nice and quiet and the animals are friendly and love some attention. This place is a real gem.

Very nice stay had a special view on the horses. The gypsy wagon is very nicely furnished and equipped. And a delicious breakfast!

Wish there was a sixth star. This place met all of our needs and offered some superb surprises too. Edith is a great host, the place is a hidden gem, and cosiness is of abundance in that caravan. We'll be back soon for more countryside dosage.

It is a very special experience to stay in the gypsy wagon. With a comfortable bed with private shower, toilet and kitchen. Horses and dogs are very close, if you love animals is just fun. The pipowagen had no curtain, so you face the horses and pasture. I myself prefer some privacy, but it was actually solved directly by Egbert and Edith. A stick with curtain was hung on the spot for us. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast.

We really enjoyed our quiet and peaceful stay in the pipowagen. The location was lovely, with nature and animals and the 'hut' was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great communication from Edith - we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place! The family are very accommodating and have everything you need. WiFi is pretty good but we had to try plugging in the receiver in another socket to work properly. 3 of us were staying there over the weekend and there was plenty of space. 20 minute drive to Antwerp and about 15 minutes drive to Rilland in the Netherlands where we had a conference.

The Charming chalet is a very nice little house, perfect for exploring the environment! Youri is friendly and welcomed us warmly. I would recommend it.

The house/hut is very nice! It is cozy and everything you need is provided. It is not huge but definitely big enough (we were 3 persons). You only need 20 min with a car till you arrive Antwerp which is a really nice city with a lot of interesting things to do. But not only Antwerp is easy to reach, also the coast is near. We needed about one hour with a car and the beach is very nice. The accomodation is located in a small town so it is very quite. The Landlord is nice and cares perfectly about everything (responded within 5 min and helped, even when he was on holiday). It was a really nice stay and we enjoyed our holiday very much.

This was our first experience with Air BnB. Youri and his wife Nancy were excellent hosts. Our car was giving us trouble and Youri kindly sent us details of local garages. His parents stayed back to open the Chalet. The charlet was excellent and we were very comfortable. Although the charlet is more suited for a family with young children our party of 5 adults were very comfortable. Youri organised some air beds. The area was very nice. Over all an excellent experience for our first BnB booking. Would recommend the charlet highly. Nancy gave us some very helpful hints on our next destination.

Great place to stay that has everything you need in a cute little cabin/chalet. The only thing I could conceivably complain about is a lack of privacy for the bathroom and bedroom. But the chalet itself is private, so as long as you are staying with people you are close with, this isn't an issue.

A very attractive house for a beautiful spot on the edge of the beautiful forest. Spacious home with fine optioned individuals. Amenities were close. We were very happy with four adults and three children!

we are well stated in this B & B; The hospitality was very large, the hosts did everything to satisfy us of our desires; the environment is very beautiful, beautiful garden; but the room was a bit disappointing (no outside view / no double) so we felt that the value for money is still expensive. But we are sure that the host further work will make his new B & B.

Cj's place is fantastic. I enjoyed my stay very much. The best of all is the thermal-sauna in the bedroom.

Chris is a wonderful host. He responded quickly and adequately to all our questions. The house haa everything you might need. The garden is great for outdoor dining and the sauna is clean. The Kalmthoutse Hei is fantastic for bike rides and hikes. Putte is a small town, but Antwerp is nearby, and there are plenty of things around within a 30 minute-drive.

Chris' summer home is lovely with a beautiful garden -- lilacs were in bloom, bird singing in the trees. Just lovely! And the sauna was a delight to come home to at the end of cold damp day working in an aircraft hangar. CJ was terrific dealing with questions and issues with the fiberglass internet -- very responsive. Look forward to staying there again the next time I am back in the area for work.

An amazing staying on an adorable neighborhood. The house is located on a super quiet cul de sac on a National Park, there is plenty of woods to walk on all around, witch is great for children. The house is confortable, the yard is adorable. We were 4 persons to stay, my wife, 2 kids (3 and 1 y/o) and I, we travel often but this was one of the best location we stayed on, the region, if not the entire Netherlands,is totally Family Friendly, there is many things to do and visit around, a bike rental is located 5km away and there is bikes lines literally all over the country. Major Cities (Rotterdam, Bruxelles, Amsterdam) are also on a reasonable distance to drive to and visit, even Germany is not that far to drive to (about 2.30H depending on traffic). Antwerp is about 20/30 minutes driving, depending on traffic, and offer everything you need if you don't feel driving too far (zoo, aquarium, supermarket, shopping mall. museums.) As I said previously the house is located on a National Park, but a bar/restaurant is located 5 minutes walking from the house, witch is perfect if some days you don't feel like doing anything but just relaxing, drinking few beers but then don't have to drive your car back home, the restaurant even have a very nice playground for kids. Well to make a long story short, we had a wonderful staying on Putte, Chris is a very nice host, always available, sharing many informations on what to do around. Also the reception is very well organized, finding the keys was easy. I really recommend this place. The only thing to be aware of is that you will need a car to stay in Putte, I would also recommend to have a GPS, because if you don't speak or read Dutch, like me, finding direction might be quiet hard sometimes.

Esther our host greeted us at the agreed time and explained everything to us. The room was very comfortable and quiet and exactly as described. The breakfast was generous and very good. Highly recommended

We had a very good time at the Countryhouse of Esther. It 's the perfect place to rest and enjoy the countryside, the sea. On the advice of Esther, we rent bikes and had a beautiful bike ride. We warmly recommend this place!

This is a great place for us to stay overnight. Marianne is caring and cozy in her little house. The bedroom was larger than expected with a large, good bed. Reaching the room is via two small steps, backwards down the stairs is important advice! had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is nice and spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed a great breakfast, hot sandwiches, scrambled eggs with bacon and good coffee and tea. The dogs behaved excellently. In short, a typical English-style cottage in the shadow of Antwerp.

Dear Marianne Thank you very much hosting me at your place. All the room were like the one in a interior magazine,so lovely place , I felt her warm heart with all the desplays. As other guests mentions, her beef stew was great!! With beautiful table settings. We talked at the terrace, spent very relaxed time with her. After "girls talk" with her,I respect her as A Woman, it gave me a tip for my own happy life:) So, about room, the bed was sooo comfortable, that I couldn't do anything after check in . Every room are cleaned perfectly. I could feel her hospitality at everywhere. She did very flexible to my requests. I really recommend her place, who wanna stay quiet, comfortable,enjoy communication with host. I do recommend single woman traveller, you will be healed with this romantic warm house:)

Marianne is a very great hots. She is very nice and very helpful. With her warm welcome, i had a great stay there. She managed everything for me and gave me very details information about the place, food , shopping. She did give me the small notes for the interesting stuffs in Antwerp. And she did really give a good take care of me. Her house i very clean and very cute. Just like I was in the fairy tells. I love her dogs and cat :) They are so nice and cute. Her decorating style is one thing that i really love. Her cooking is very special. I love her cooking. If you stay there, you should try the home made cooking. Although , her place is not in the downtown but it's very easy to travel by train to Antwerp and she also managed to pick up from her home and the train station. Andrea is a wonderful host who is always ready for you. Space is a very nice independent spacious place, with a great big bath :)

Very friendly and welcoming host, fast communication via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Very clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable double bed with a good mattress. Allergy sufferers should pull the electric air freshener from the socket. The guest should barking like and get along with a rather noisy fridge (minibar). Den but you must not turn off at night. Contrary to the description there are not two bedrooms, but two beds in a large room which are visually, but not acoustically separated by a wall. For couples who do not want to hear snoring, therefore less suited. Unfortunately, only a very small table available.

Great spacious living / spa area and a really impressive library that takes you to India right away. Spent an unexpected long evening with the persion author and poet Rumi - off schedule and with greatest pleasure. Everything well prepared, maps, extensive tipps for restaurants and shops of the area filed next to a just-as-well prepared fridge with drinks for all times of the day :-) All the hosts animals were not allowed in our flat - fair enough. But one of the cats gave us a big moon-lit smile in night 2 thru the window pane of the entrance door. So options for wonderland also from the outside.

Andrea hosted 3 of us in her cozy home at a side road of Essen bordered by the forrest for one night. It was a perfect close by place to rest after a family event of our friends in Kalmthout. Plenty of amenities in a huge bathroom as well as a fridge full of refreshments was to enjoy after our drive to Belgium. Friendly atmosphere and space enough ensure our night rest. Andrea was great in communicating with us and we felt totally at ease preparing to arrive as well as staying there. If you’re looking for calm, tranquillity and a beautiful place to recharge your batteries you found the right location. The room was absolutely PERFECT : spacy, bright, with a very comfortable and huge bed and a nice view on the park which is surrounding the castle. The owners are very nice and welcoming so you feel directly at home. Moreover the property is located next to a natural reserve where you can have long and great walks. This stay was really refreshing and we will come back for sure.

It is a beautiful fairytale castle amidst a beautiful setting: from the garden you can walk the Kalmthoutseheide, where you can make great walks. The room is spacious and very smart, with a large bed we slept wonderfully. The decor is authentic and yet luxurious. We were welcomed very friendly and had a great stay! Breakfast was brought exactly to the minute at the door, and was extended for the price. Recommended.

Close to Antwerp lies a beautiful castle hidden in the woods of Kalmthout. The atmosphere, the beauty of the building and rooms itself and the location are very special and will not disappoint. The photographs are accurate, but trust me it looks even better if seen with your own eyes. I highly recommend this accommodation, either room 1 or 2. The hosts are very friendly, flexible and helpful. They take good time helping you out and giving tips and advice. Breakfast is great as well, as is the fully equipped kitchen downstairs and fast and reliable Wifi. There is even a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee!

We had such a great experience at the Pink Rebel Mansion. The house is big and beautiful, with lots of strange but cool touches that make the experience fun and interesting. The yard is amazing and opens into a big park with lots of hiking trails, which we took advantage of every day. We unfortunately didn't get to meet Willemijn, but so appreciated all the little amenities she left for us. Highly recommended!

To me the honor to be the first guest in the Pink Rebel Lodge. We stayed with a bunch of friends to celebrate NYE. The place is big, very modern and artisticly decorated with a lot of private space around the house and the forest right in the garden. Willemijn is very considerate and made me feel very welcome. Very much recommended!

The house is a hollywood miracle and Willemijn is the fantastic leading role actress! We had the most amazing evening with 15 girls at her house and Willemijn was always so unbelievably helpful with everything, even the neighbour came to help us. It was just an unforgettable evening for us all, thanks to the beautiful Willemijn and her magical place!!! Loved it loved it loved it!!!

What a cool place! It was exactly as the pictures made out! The host was away but great communications! One of the friendliest people too. We had rainy weather but it didn't matter as the house had so much space! We took out dog for walks on the nature reserve off the back of the house and managed to walk to Holland! We loved every minute being there!
