The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, sink, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed 180 × 200 cm. There is also a dressing room located behind a decorative glass sliding door.

In addition, the apartment offers its own outdoor terrace with seating and a parasol. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
