Amazing location, 5 minutes walk to the best beach in Santorini. Perissa is away from the crowds and tourists in Fira but very easy access to Fira by bus. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nice and simple room in a sweet wild village. The place is quiet and has a good athmosphere. Near to a beach, so you can go by foot at any moment of the day.

This was a great place to stay at which was a two minute walk from the beautiful Perissa Beach and a bus stop which takes you to other major cities on the island. Our hosts were incredible people who were very hospitable and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I would highly recommend Anna-Maria's place. Let me start with the warm, pleasant, helpful vibes received from Marina and Evajjeaia. Every morning we were greeted with a light Greek snack and refreshment! Their greek hospitality was a great experience. The home was close to Perissa beach, walking distance, the local bus was easy to catch to arrive at all the other popular destinations including Akrotori, Fira, Oia and even the airport. We absolutely loved it there. I would stay there again and I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. We love you to our new Greek family!

We stayed for 3 nights in Anthony's studio and it was really nice! The studio is well located (5 minutes from the black beach), really clean and Anthony was really willing to help and here for every question. A lovely stay! Thank you again Cédric & Julia

Anthony's place was very clean and comfortable. It is close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. We rented an atv while we were there which was great to explore the rest of santorini, but you could stay on periods the whole time if you like!

The room is really nice and cosy. Anthony hilslef was the sweetest host, coling to get us at the airport and driving us to the ferry when we left. Everything was great! Super location, very nice place!

Anthony and his wife are absolutely AMAZING. Wonderful to talk to. Truly beautiful people, so kind hearted and happy, the environment around their home was so inviting :) Anybody who is staying in Perissa, I 100% suggest staying here:) Anthony picked us up from the port right away, and he drove us to the flat. The flat is beautiful, has a full kitchen and is kept clean (and with 2 teenage girls staying there it is not easy lol) They made sure were at home and always had fresh sheets, towels and a clean room. The pool area is clean and the pool is great too! The entire experience has been the best at any Airbnb we have ever stayed at:)

Our stay at Anthony's was fantastic. He was very accommodating when we had to replan our stay because of the strike, and was available to pick us up and drop us off at the airport regardless of the time. The place was exactly as it appears on Airbnb, a clean and functional room with everything you need, and a beautiful shared patio. The wifi doesn't reach the room but works well from the patio which we made work just fine. Anthony and Maureen are lovely people and we would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Santorini!

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were a couple minor issues. Anthony provided pick up and drop off service at the port. He gave us a few suggestions of places around Perissa on the way into town. The studio was clean and came with all the amenities listed. It had a nice courtyard with benches and a table and chairs. The bathroom had the typical small Greek shower that a larger person might find a challenge. We didn't have a problem. The location was great as it had easy accessibility to restaurants, public transportation markets and the beautiful black sand beach. The girl at the laundromat just down the road does a fantastic job. We also enjoyed morning coffee at the 24 hour bakery literally in front of the property. We did have a couple of issues with this property. The wifi in the studio farthest from the main house had a really weak signal. We were only able to get online occasionally. There was also a problem every morning with ants all over the kitchen counter. I spoke to Anthony about it and he said he has a pest control company working on a solution so this may be remedied by now. Anthony and Maureen were nice and personable and kept their studio clean. Thank you for everything.

If you're reading this, book with Theoni! She was an AMAZING hostess. The place is literally on the beach, with deals at the restaurants below (Franzkeskos Fish Tavern and Toni's Grill). Seafood and Greek meats in Greece?! The apartment is a hidden gem. The bed was by far the most comfortable we had in all of Greece. The cleanliness and ease to do our own breakfasts and lunches was a delight. I still can't rave enough about Theoni though! She not only offered to transport us to and from the port personally, she was also able to deal us an all day boat tour. There was a hiccup on our transport back from Oia sunset in which we got on the wrong bus after no one checked our voucher, had to take a taxi from a different village, and called it frustrating and an expensive mistake. Without us knowing, she went to the tour company at 8 am the next morning and got our taxi money back for us and gave it to us on the way to the port. You just can't do any better in Santorini than Theoni.

Theoni is great, she provides airport transfer which is very convenient after a long travel day. She is very quick with replies to any questions or concerns and provides a mobile phone if you want to contact her for anything. The place is very clean, nice, modern and the location can't be beat! You are as close to being directly on the beach as you can on perissa. Overall a great experience with Theoni and her place was perfect!

Theoni was very helpful.Apartment was very clean,good for two people but way to small for a family.Just to help one started after a long trip tea,coffee,milk and sugar would be nice.Also no mirror in bedroom to do your (URL HIDDEN) teaspoons in the kitchen.Good family restaurant downstairs from the (URL HIDDEN) organised 10% discount for us.

This place was just perfect, & had the most perfect host to go with it. Theoni went above & beyond for us during our stay. From picking us up at the airport, to getting us tickets for the activities we wanted, she really made us feel right at home in the beautiful island. The apartment was in a great location with the breathtaking view of the beach from the balcony, with lots of restaurants & shops right underneath us. It was just a lovely place & we highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect spot.

Manos and Ellen were very welcoming and extremely flexible around arrival and departure times to fit with our ferry bookings. The place itself fitted our needs with me and my daughter perfectly and has a beautiful view from the balcony over the beach and sea which I hadn't quite appreciated until we got there. it has everything we needed, great shower, air con for when it get a bit hot at night and even a super cold fridge! Wouldn't hesitate to come back. I was also glad we'd picked Perissa as a base to stay as it has lots of choice to go out but also has a super relaxed feel to it from which to go out and explore the island.

The house is very beautiful. We were guests for two weeks. incredible views of the sea. We live the sunrise every morning in a relaxing silence and accompanied by the lapping of the sea. Really recommended for a relaxing holiday that makes experience the sea to 100%. Under the house all the restaurants you want are available. Missing only a kitchenette that would save something, at least for breakfast. Thanks to the very kind owner

This accommodation is situated right in the heart of the Perissa seafront. In the true tradition of airbnb Manos and his lovely family live on site and are on hand should you need anything. The accommodation is clean and tidy and all the basics are there for you. There are so many bars and restaurants all within very easy reach and good public transport links to the rest of the island if you don't want to hire a car or ATV. We took our own towels for the beach, which is less than 2 minutes walk, and i am glad that i did as the lovely fluffy towels provided are too nice for the black sand!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place is at an excellent location right on the beach. The balcony was beautiful, we really enjoyed having breakfast there in the mornings. Manos is very kind and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

This was a great place to stay in Perissa. We were picked up on time, arrived to the restaurant for breakfast, and spent the entire time on the beach! Everyone is so friendly!! The only downside was the wifi at the apartment was really weak.

It's a nice place close to the beach. The place is quiet and has a Supermarket closeby. Although connected well, it is a little far from places like Oia and Fira. The host was nice and helpful. You get free transfer from the port if you ask early.

The people are very nice and gave us warm welcome. The appartmwnt ia quite big, about 25 qm and tidy. It is close to beach 100 m. The free sunseat is very useful to enjoy the beach. The food in their restaurant is delicious. There are hot water shower 24 hours. The public transportation is closed and efficient. There are many supermarket, shops, restaurants closeby.

WiFi didn't work. The map position of the studio is not the same of the real position (around 8 mins drive away). We wait the host manager for about 20 mins in front of their restaurant. There weren't window tents so at early morning there was light that woke us up. The shower was not well-equipped, there was no shower stall so a lot of water fallen into the floor. Fridge was not plugged in at our arrive, it took hours before getting cold. Communications were good and the host manager was really nice with us. They offered us a transport from the port to the studio, discounts for breakfast, lunch and dinner, free beach umbrella and bed.

We had a mixed experience with staying at this place. First of all, it was nice from the manager to pick us up at the port very late in the evening. However, for bringing us back he wanted to charge us 25 Euros. The apartment is alright, except of the kitchenette. The fridge didn't work properly, neither did the stove. Also, the internet was very very low. And you have to be aware that already in the early morning hours, there is a lot of light coming into the apartment because there are windows with no blinds. However, we appreciated that there are a nice bakery and a super market very close by.

Basic, reasonably-priced accommodation. Walking distance to Perissa beach, bus stops, and a market. Wifi doesn't work inside the room, and when we were there the hot water also didn't seem to work. Just make sure to iron out check-in details with the host. We arrived early at the restaurant indicated and were mistakenly dropped off (by people at the restaurant who didn't speak good English) at the wrong room rental in Perivolos, an adjacent but totally different beach (the host and his group appear to run a bunch of these). But it's serviceable for just a place to crash after a day out in Santorini.

Great to have the free pick up from the port and reasonable priced transfers to the airport. Rooms are as described and good value for money. The road was busy but with all shutters closed you couldn't hear anything. Close to restaurants and bars and shops on the main road. We didn't make it down to the owner's restaurants on the beach but still managed to eat along the main strip and meet friendly people. A good and reliable host which was essential for our late booking.

Thanks to Dima for being so accommodating! My flight in was delayed substantially and he worked with me day of to make sure he would be at the airport for pick up, did a great job explaining the island's features to me on our drive, and was a reliable resource throughout my stay.

The place is really good located, 4 minutes walking to the main (and more beautiful) beach in Santorini - Perissa beach, full of restaurants and bars. The rooms are very simple with the basic stuffs (and maybe antique furnishes) but also very clean.

Julia and Paris were wonderful hosts - friendly and welcoming. Paris picked us up from the airport which was great after a long international flight. The room was clean and comfortable; we could see the ocean from the upstairs window. Julia made us a delicious breakfast. The hotel is a 5 minute from the beach, restaurants and small markets. Overall a very relaxing place to stay!

Julia and Paris were incredibly amazing hosts. My flight to Santorini arrived at 6am and Paris was there to pick me up, and let me rest in the car before check-in at 8am. They were incredibly generous with all their amenities and very friendly and welcoming as well.

He was wonderful. I had an earlier flight and he worked with me with the early check in. Also provided a bus schedule and suggestions to places to visit. It looks exactly like the pictures, very close to Red Beach. Wi-fi was fast. Every day they restocked the towels. Safe area. Very attentive and fast response time. I would book with them again.

This place is nice! Clean, spacious, and airy. The bed was a bit hard, however. It's about a ten-minute walk from the beach but right across the street from a grocery store and an amazing 24-hour bakery! A minute away from a bus stop as well. Yorgos was very helpful and provided me with maps and information, which really enhanced my experience.

We had a delightful time at Almyra! Perissa has a sweetest about it and that was a lot less crowded during the beginning of the season. It was very easy to get to Fira and there were many restaurants, shops, and bars within a short walk of our room. The black sand beaches are just gorgeous! Yorgos was very kind and extremely helpful prior to getting there and while we were there. He was flexible with us checking out later, making suggestions of what we should do, and the room was great! I would recommend this place to family and friends!

Yorgos place is all we needed so close to black beach walking distance to all the bars and restaurants but we also had a great time riding to oia and Fira checking out all the attractions

Our stay at Fay's apartment was perfect. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants! They were easy to communicate with and very flexible the times we arrived and left. It was clean and they gave us a bottle of complimentary wine once we arrived. They had maps, beach towels and water for us as well! I would definitely recommend them!

Perfect place to stay in Perissa right near the beach and near everything you need. I had good communication with the host and her dad kept popping by to make sure everything was okay. The water from the tap tastes funny so they left us water bottles and essentials! My boyfriend and I loved it here and were very sad to leave!

Our stay at Fay's was amazing. It was very easy to communicate with her and she gave us clear instructions on how to get from the port to the studio. Her dad was waiting for us at the studio and even though he did not speak English, he made us feel very welcome and greeted us with water and fruits. He came by a couple of times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The studio is a 3 minute walk from the famous black beach and the street full of restaurants and bars. It was really nice to be a short walk away from everything but still have some privacy and quiet at night. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

This was by far the best airbnb experience I've ever had. By the time I left, it felt like I had built a friendship with Fay (who I was in contact with through air bnb) and her dad, who hosted us at the studio. First off, the place is wonderful. I was there with my friend for 5 days, and for the price, you will not get anything better than this. You get to live in a studio in Santorini, be walking distance from a beach and awesome street life/restaurants in Perissa Beach Santorini. You have wifi and AC, and your own clothes line outside. Feels like you're incorporating jn their cuture and living there. You also have a fridge which js great too. But the reason our experience was so great js because of Fay and her dad. Her dad greeted us the minute we got there, gave us water, butter and bread. Although he does not speak English and we didn't speak German, we figured out a way to understand each other. He always wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, he is such a kind man. We were lucky enough to even get invited to a traditional greek dish for dinner at his house. I really feel like this experience added so much to my trip: I got to live the Greek culture to it's fullest. And Fay and her dad know that if they ever come to Canada, they now have a place to stay!

Simple accommodation in Perissa. Good for those travelling to Santorini on a budget. Our host was friendly and accommodating, available for any questions. Nice option to be able to use the pool/ hang out at the beach bar at their seaside reataurant. Only complaint was no hot water. Everything else was basic but satisfactory.

Terrific stay at aroma, 300m walk to the black beach and 1 minute walk to restaurants, bars, ATV rental and mini market. We were picked up by Dima at the port and we stopped off at 1 place with a magnificent view on the way to aroma. Dima was easy to contact and provided great information, we booked a tour of the volcano through him which was well priced and accurate. Upon arrival we were taken to Aromas restaurant on the water for a free welcome drink. Discounted breakfast and free use of sunbeds in front of the resaturant were afforded to us. Room was clean, fresh towels and sheets everyday. Great experience and we would stay here again. Dima even gave us a gift on departure, he was a great host. Highly recommend.

By far the dirtiest room and the most impolite owners (room number 9 ground floor 25/8/2017) . We even shared an indoor door with the next room hearing everything all time. The toilet was stinking, they did not even changed sheets and towels (Brown spots all over them) and the pillows had male purfume on them. The bed was uncomfortable with spings on our backs and if we left the window closed for half an hour you could not even breath in the room. When we complained to the owners they did not even say sorry. In contrary they refused that any of the above facts was realistic. I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone and shame to the agent collaborating with such sub contractor owners.

This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed at. It was filthy and disgusting. It was uncomfortable to be in the bathroom since it was so dirty and tiny. They also cancelled our ride to the airport around midnight (approx 7 hours before our departure), but luckily we were up to see the message. We asked for other options to get to the airport, but they didn't reply for a couple hours. We ended up finding a solution on our own. The overall location was convenient and good, but nothing about the place made it worth it.

Close to the perissa beach and nice walk to ancient thera (45 mins). Very basic accommodation, good aircon, no extras but cheap, perfect for us! Easy bus ride to busier towns. Pool not working, but beach so close so unnecessary. Good pick-up from port. Would stay if back in perissa again and not looking for fancy hotel.

We very appreciate the effort to help us with a mess caused by a person who confirm our reservation without actual making one.. thanks to people at check in we had a bed to sleep eventually. They where nice,polite and helpful. The Accomodation was ok (for 1 night).

The house is super clean and looks just like the pictures. Only a few minutes walk to the town. Vickie was very communicative and very helpful. Organized cabs and activities for us, making our stay easy. I Recommend!

My boyfriend and I arrived at vickys for 4 days and prior to the arrival to the place it was important to Vicki to keep in touch with us and answer all the questions I asked . Plus she offered us transportation services from the port straight to House,and atv and other amazing things that related to the vacation. and when we came , vicky was so nice and patient!!! she guided us about santorini and how to use our days in a good way and tell us the good thing that Traveller need to know ,and whenever we needed somthing she was always available any time any hour!!! thanks to vicky our vacation was perrrfect!! and we pland it exectly as we wanted to!!!

Excellent modern and clean accommodation. Hosts were fantastic all round from bookings to recommending things to do on the island, which made our first trip to Santorini a memorable one :) We highly recommend this accommodation and the beautiful island of Santorini to all those wanting to visit.

The apartment is new and well equipped. there is a cleaning service several times a week. It's located close to the beach, and there are many restaurants, bakery and market all around. Vicky and Vera are very helpful, and they offer service of reservation for restaurants and cruises. i definetly suggest everyone this accomodation!

It was a perfect place!! Really clean, nice and the perfect location to reach everything on the island. Beach, supermarket, local bus station, rental cars etc was really close. It was nice that communication was so easy and always helpful if we had questions.

She went above & beyond. Picked me up and took me to a great spot in Fira for coffe. Invited me to join her at the beach. Took me to drop off my suitcase at a hotel down the street since I decided to extend my stay. (apartment wasn't available for an extra night unfortunately) she helped me find another property, and recommended some great restaurants. I now consider Vicky a friend and so grateful that we met. This home was a perfect place for us to enjoy Perissa beach. It's about a 3-4 minute stroll to the ocean where there are many bars and restaurants. We stayed for only two nights and really enjoyed the home and the hot tub!!! We hung out in the hot tub each night and just relaxed. Vicky set up two transfers for us which were reliable!

George is really nice and calm. He gave me all informations I should know about the island without asking him, it's perfect :) The room was as expected such as the hostel. The street isn't so cute, but it doesn't really matter because just 50-70 meters far away there's the beach ;) There were cats and dogs sounds during the night, for me it had no importance but if you're looking for very quiet place it may perturbe yourself.

Very enjoyable stay. The only downside in my opinion is the shower which has no curtain or door so the entire bathroom floor gets wet. Other than that everything was great. The location is only a short walk to the beach. And the price was definitely right.

George and his mom are simply amazing people helping you out with anything (we arrived thete at 1am and there were zero problem for tbe check-in). They clean your room everyday, so its basically a hotel but with the love and hospitality of true friends!

If you love to spend time on a beach, this is the perfect location for you. The beach is a two minute walk away and there are a lot of restaurants along the strip. The room is clean but quite small and the bathroom is very cramped, but if you ware sight-seeing for most of your vacation, it is a comfortable enough room. The hosts are kind and very available to help! Overall, staying here was a very pleasant experience.

Onar Studios is a great budget option. It is a two minute walk to the beach and a lovely boardwalk of bars and restaurants. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. There is a pleasant terrace that looks over the back street where the hotel is located, with a view of the water the cliffs of Ancient Thera. Those ruins are a pleasant 30-minute hike away.

We have not seen Andreas on our arrival nor during our stay but that's the only negative point of our stay in Utopia! Otherwise the place is really great right opposite the beach! The Tranquilo restaurant is top, the salads are huge for the price not really expensive !!

Andreas and all the staff are very friendly and always available. He will answer all your questions and give you some needed advice about the island. You'll feel comfy at Utopia, rooms are clean and cozy. The location can't be better, lot of bars and shops. It also takes few steps from the house to swim in the sea. The wifi connection could be slightely better, but on the other hand it's good opportunity to 'go offline' during your vacation :) Afterall we would recommend this accomodation!

Utopia Very good location, next to the beach, the main street and several restaurants. The room was large enough for two and was clean. We were fortunate to have a large terrace Aunq WiFi barely reached us. The people in the house were friendly at all times, but q thought was a disinterested offer transport to a nearby beach became a more expensive trip to the bus since our driver asked us 10 € for gasoline for a trip of 9 km. One drawback we found is that we were not informed of the different and great deals we had (hammocks on the beach, possibility to use the kitchen, bar discounts associated ..) I had q go slowly discovering. Still we were very happy and recommend the place !!! :)

Beautiful location next to the beach with necessary services and access to center of island. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend for budget travellers.

Great little place in Perissa. Ideal to discover the rest of the island or just have a great day at the beach. Breakfast at the nearby bar is brilliant. We would definetly come back.

Had a great stay at Utopia. Really nice chill place to stay very close to the beach at Perissa. The provided sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are great and had some nice food/drinks at Tranquilo next door. Andreas was very helpful with helping me arrive from the airport and the flexible check in time was really great! Highly recommended!!

We were greeted by Andreas who checked us in and provided information about the area and the island in general. He was also able to quickly book a sunset cruise for us which was fantastic! The room is exactly as pictured and had a balcony that went around half of the room. It was beautiful. The beach and tranquilo were located in front of it. Tranquilo also gives you discounted drinks and an umbrella on the beach (available with drink service) for staying at utopia. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for your stay in Santorini. We were sad to have to leave and would absolutely stay here again if we're lucky enough to come back! Thank you Andreas and the whole team!

We loved our time here. The place was charming, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating for all our requests and took extra care to make our stay enjoyable such as early breakfast and convenient car rental and return. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Roussetos' apartments. They were expecting us at the airport as promised and the car we got was almost new (5K Km). Roussetos even supplied a booster seat for free. When we checked out, they drove us to the airport. Excellent service. The included breakfast was good and healthy, with cereals, fruits, tomatoes and coffee. One last word for the very friendly Bianca that supported us during our stay - thank you!

The place was fine and breakfast ok, if you plan to stay for one day I recommended. If you like to watch tv before sleeping its going to be impossible since they could not help me to fix it and it was a very old tv. I thought that we had the car for free but on the second day they charge us 25 EURO and since the place is really far you need a car.

Great place to stay! It was fantastic to be met at the airport and have the rental car immediately ready for our use and for the entire trip--even after we had checked out at the house. The breakfast that was brought to us each morning was wonderful and greatly appreciated. The house is close to the beach, to grocery stores, and food. Because the island is small you are also able to reach all parts of it in 45 mins or less. The hosts were extremely kind and great to work with. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment was great for our use. It is a clean, simple place that slept 5 adults comfortably. The included car and breakfast were both great amenities. The beach, shops and restaurants were easily within walking distance. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

Our boat was very late (4am instead 23:30) there was no one to greet us as planned but after a quick phone call, they picked us. The apartment was clean, Bianca manages the small complex is fussing and prepares daily a small dej pretty good with fresh fruit ... Very nice swimming pool shared with 4/5 other apartments A car provision in very good condition Perissa is however a small seaside town charm but without much practice located 30 minutes from thira we must take the car to explore the wonders of Santorini. Good value for the ratio island in my opinion

Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants, enjoyed grilling on the communal charcoal grill. The breakfast every morning was delicious and different everyday and supermarkets close by. A great outdoor sitting area, we loved the pool. But most of all the the hospitality was outstanding.. we can't wait to go back!!

Our stay in Perissa beach was very nice. Very clean room and a security box which was great!! The pool was nice to have but it was salt water and quite warm which made it a little tough to cool off. There wasn't much hot water to shower with in the ensuite bathroom. The air conditioning was very nice to help keep the room cool!! Very friendly staff that were helpful in suggesting and booking excursions and informing us on things to do around the island. Would recommend :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Anny's is in a great location on Perissa Beach near all of the shops and restaurants. The host was accommodating and very helpful. He helped us set up early transportation for our flight out of Santorini at the end.

Fantastic!

Beautiful place and great for the price! The room was very neat with a nice balcony and small kitchen. Cleaning services were included for free, as well as transport from the airport (and they also did us the extra favor of transporting my sister and I separately free of charge as we had different flights). There is a lovely pool and bar with very reasonably priced drinks and food. Overall very accommodating and friendly!

The place was great. It was super close to some amazing restaurants and beaches. When checking in they upgraded our room, which was awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect, Theodoris and all the hotel support was amazing, they helped us not only with the apartment but also with the tips for Santorini, rental of the car and other bookings. The location was good for those who like beaches, a supermarket near. The apartment was brand new and very clean, have no words to describe my time there. Thanks a lot :)
