Untergeschoss mit schmalen Fenstern und hat keine Aussicht. Das Studio ist mit einem 55 Zoll TV, großen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc. und einen grossen Tisch zum Essen oder Arbeiten ausgestattet. Kochen ist nicht möglich.
