Designed with thought at every step. All of the necessities of modern life, wrapped in a traditional shell. All year round comfort with central heating and heaps of insulation alongside a kingsize bed paired with an award winning mattress and a power shower. Coastal, Countryside annex

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Sunny Orchard is a brand new (2025) 40ft x 20ft lodge. Situated on a farm, you can enjoy the far reaching views across open fields and towards the sea from the extensive decked area. We are a short walk to the beach and South West footpath and the bus stop. With a Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite and a twin room with 2 x 3ft singles, plus a sofa bed, this lodge is perfect for couples, quiet groups or family get away.

Some of the best beaches in the county are within 5 miles of the property, as is Padstow, the foodie capital of Cornwall. You can walk from the house down country lanes and fields to our nearest beach of Porthcothan, which also has a great small cafe and shop.
