It is located near UWG, parks, downtown shops and restaurants, city schools, Greenbelt walking trails, Tanner Hospital and just about anything you could need or want. This home offers a nicely equipped kitchen with all new appliances, laundry, front porch swinging, and relaxing backyard firepit. Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.
