It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. My place is near downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants,a pharmacy dispensary, post office Only about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Piscine Naturali, Cala Dell 'Water, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! However, visible from the sea to a 50-meter district from the coast to admire it!!

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
