The 2-storey property is a typical example of the regional architecture and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax.
