They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.

Jacob Cottage is situated in the heart of Gower in the pretty village of Parkmill, within walking distance of the internationally acclaimed beach Three Cliffs Bay. The cabin is nestled among the trees in a quiet location along a single track lane. It has been lovingly designed as a unique space to unwind and enjoy the local area. Every detail and design feature has been thought through – Anglepoise lamps, Toast wool cushions, Ercol table and chairs, Welsh slate floor to name but a few.

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

Located on the Gower, our beautiful stable conversion is set in a peaceful location on its own grounds. Surrounded by countryside its ideal for walkers, biking and a short drive from the beaches. Newly decorated and furnished, this contemporary farmhouse has a classic feel with modern features including underfloor heating. I will personally meet and greet on arrival. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.

It is a magical haven for walkers, swimmers, lovers of seclusion and the sound of the sea.
