You will stay in a modern house of 25 sqm with private patio, complete kitchen, shower/toilet, gas grill, sun loungers and outdoor furniture. There are four beds, a pull-out double bed/sofa and a bunk bed. Unfortunately, I cannot accept indoor cats. Well-behaved dogs, on the other hand, stay for free and can walk loose on the +5000 sqm plot fenced with a sheep fence (110 cm high). Feel free to bring your own linens and towels. Pillows and duvets are provided in the guest house. (Rent bed linen and towels SEK 350/guest, paid on site)

The pool is normally kept open from mid-June to late August and then maintains a temperature of just over 25 degrees The guest house is located in beautiful Skillinge on the Österlen coast about 600 meters from Skillinge harbor, where there is a grocery store, restaurants, etc. Close to swimming docks and beaches. Here, Österlenleden (hiking trail) and Sydkustleden (cycling trail) also pass. Four golf courses are within 30 minutes' drive.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Rent Lilla Skolsalen, a studio apartment with about 4 meters in ceiling height where old meets new and modern. The accommodation includes everything you might need during your stay such as a fully-equipped kitchen, a fresh bathroom with shower & WC and a double bed. Access to several patios including direct exit to the back with its own terrace and garden area.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
