The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms. Porch with seating area and gas grill. High-speed WIFI and cable TV via fiber optic network. Fire protection via alarm center. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

The cabin is idyllically located by beautiful Aspern in Haldenvassdraget with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The cabin is 50 sqm and is newly renovated and upgraded 2021/22. Large terrace with good sun conditions and covered dining area. Two minutes to walk to the beach and jetty. Boat is included in the rent. There is a charger for electric car with payment solution. Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city center and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

Great cabin near the sea. Very child-friendly plot.

Nice cabin on a large, cozy and child-friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin has been significantly renovated in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds and a private toilet. The cabin has a large porch with several seating areas. It is of course nice to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

Cozy house, rural location, and close to the sea – child-friendly.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Stuga med båt vy över sjön, och bra vandringsleder

Boende där du sköter dig helt själv och kan njuta av lugnet och den fina utsikten. Bra sjösystem för SUP el båt och utmärkta vandringmöjligheter i skogarna runtom. Fullt utrustad stuga där du kan elda i kaminen inne eller tända en brasa vid grillplatsen som ligger ostört från andra grannar. För största naturupplevelsen kan ni nyttja båten som ingår. Den eldrivna motorn gör att du kan glida fram ljudlöst genom de lummiga kanalerna precis runt hörnet. 10 min från shoppingcenter

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Koselig lite feriehus på Spjærøy på Hvaler. Bryggerhuset er en del av et gammelt småbruk og vertskap bor selv i hovedhuset. Her kan man nyte stille og rolig dager i hagen, eller ta seg en tur til sjøen. Både Spjærekilen med gode bademuligheter og Kjellvika ligger i gangavstand. Generelt gode turmuligheter. Enten man ønsker å nyte de stille dagene eller ønsker å utforske Hvaler er dette en fin base. Butikker ca 5 km unna. Hos oss bor det 8 glade høner som delvis går fritt.

Welcome to our holiday home in Hogal approx. 100m from Dynekilen Fjord, not far from the port town of Strömstad. This completely newly furnished holiday home offers you the opportunity to quickly get to the nearby jetty, for example to start the day with a refreshing swim. A boat trip (at an additional cost) is also possible. You can quickly and easily reach beautiful bays and viewpoints of the fjord and its flora and fauna via nearby forest paths.

Great guest house/annex only 30 meters from the sea. Great bathing opportunities, road all the way up. 10/15 min to shops and restaurants in Skjærhalden. The guest house consists of a mini kitchen, dining area for 4 people. Loft with 3 mattresses and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Possibility to borrow laundry room located in the guest house with own entrance. Private patio outside the annex. Good sun conditions.

På denne måten slipper du ekstra avgift da vi ikke ønsker gjøre det økonomisk vanskeligere for småbarnsfamilier. Det er sengeplass til 6 stykker, sengeplass 5 og 6 og da på sovesofa i stuen. Det finnes også en sprinkelseng til små barn.
