Die liebevoll angelegte Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhause und ist ländlich gelegen. Das komplette Dachgeschoss wird allein von unseren Gästen genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen, Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 5 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten in die Bielefelder City. Eine Gebühr für Endreinigung wird nicht erhoben. Bitte die Unterkunft in Bezugszustand verlassen. Dankeschön.

In nur 3 Gehminuten erreichen Sie die Stadthalle. Die Stadtkerne von Rheda und Wiedenbrück sind bequem zu Fuß durch den Park zu erreichen. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aus allen Fenstern haben Sie einen Blick ins Grüne, die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in Halle (Westphalia) in a settlement house. Surrounded by fields in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet here. The apartment is spread over two floors on the first and second floors. In the lower part of the apartment is a small room with a sofa bed on which children or another 3rd person could sleep. From here, you can take a staircase to the second floor. Here you will find the kitchen with a small dining area, the shower room and the bedroom.

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
