This remodeled Garage Apt. has amenities and a location that can't be beat! Just 3 blocks off of Stateline. Minutes to Wal-Mart, Airport, Mall and many restaurants. It features 1 bedroom, with a queen bed, located upstairs, 1 Full Bath (downstairs) wi-fi, AC, Private parking space and small fenced in backyard. No one other than the booked guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. Service animals are to be on a lease when outside and must be crated if left alone in the apt.

Our aged with grace house is located near the historic district of Texarkana in a humble and down-to-earth community with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly neighbors. It has access to local amenities and it’s just minutes away from the downtown and I-30. We love Texas and we also have a special place for Mexico in our hearts, so we both wanted to add some spice to the house and make it bright, yet very comfortable and relaxing. We offer lots of games, including the cornhole to our guests!

No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. This luxury tiny home sits on land that has been in our family for over 140 years. My great grandmother (Nannie) lived on this land for many years. Her home is now gone, but it was always welcoming and many have precious memories of their time spent here. We hope our guests feel the same love and peace that we feel when we spend time at Nannie’s Place!
