Located across the street from a community pool. Restaurants, cafes, and shops in town are a short drive away. You'll need to have a car. Uber or Lyft access as well. Master bedroom downstairs has queen bed with a walk in shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a loft. A king, queen and pull out sofa in loft.

Conveniently located in Smythe Park, just a mile away from downtown Daniel Island with shops and grocery store (Publix). Approximately 20 - 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Accessibility limitations: this space requires walking 16 steps to access, and there is not a grab bar in the bath. No pets, smoking, or partying please. Permit #00711

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We are able to bring a single mattress out to the apartment for guests bringing a child, so the apartment can accommodate up to three (two adults and a child). Full kitchen with glass cook top, dish washer, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, etc. Includes linens, dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer en suite. Has Youtube TV, HBO Max, and wifi. 15 mins from airport, downtown Charleston, and beaches.

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license.
