The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Villa Es Garrover is located on the side of a mountain overlooking the ocean. It's the perfect starting point for hiking. There is a greenway of about 30 km that connects the nearest villages. There are also wonderful white sand beaches about 800m away. The area has restaurants, shopping areas, and also nightlife. In this area we have five golf courses, all within a 15 km radius. For tennis lovers we have several Clubs.

Son Salom Farm, Santanyí, Es Llombards

2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

Traditional house. "Son Calderó"

TRADITION, NATURE AND PEACE. It is a Mallorcan farmhouse over 250 years old. Restored with a lot of love and above all respecting its original essence. It is part of a small village called "Son Calderó" consisting of 6 houses, located in a rural area of Felanitx. "Son Valls". It's an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.

Sa Platja (Loft for 4 people)

This wonderful jewel with history is located a few meters away from Portopetro. This workshop belonged originally to a carpenter who restored wooden boats. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.

This beautiful property is located next to the picturesque village of Campanet, You can reach the city in a pleasant 15 min walk. Not far away is a sports centre and tennis court.
