Monthly Rentals in Sabaudia

Nice place, very comfortable, feeling like at home, really spacious, beautiful terrace in the green, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, easy parking. We did not met the host but we can say he is a really nice person: he was extremely kind with check-in and check-out times. Some minor details can be improved, but altogether a great experience.

Listing matches the photos. It is important to know that there is a flight of stairs to access the apartment (visible in the photos) and that the kitchen is located in the cottage in the garden. It wasn't a problem for me. The house is located within the Belsito district. The house has parking in front. Thank you Stefania!

Beautiful area at a great value, parking is a little tight but can accommodate a medium sized car. Easily drivable distance from beaches, Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo small town downtown areas, tons of nature, and many local restaurants. Excellent location to give you a drivable hub to all of the beauty Sabaudia offers!!

Very clean apartment with a very large terrace to live in the evening for dinners or aperitifs! Central and strategic location with host present and friendly! Wonderful experience!
