Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

The accommodation was perfect and the communication was also very pleasant. The good service was extra nice, they even helped with the taxi to the airport.

Perfect stay at Marisa's! Warm welcome, impeccable room and ideal location between Fondi and Sperlonga. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Tizianas place was perfect! She welcomed us so friendly, even when we arrived later than expected due to a delayed plane. The apartment was spacious, very clean and we loved how quiet it was during the night. The marina view was one of our highlights every morning. You can walk to the beach, grocery stores and amazing restaurants (Tiziana gave amazing recommendations!) in a few minutes. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Gabriella's accommodation is great, very clean, well maintained and decorated and equipped with love. The outdoor area is also very cozy. Two small supermarkets and some restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop is very close. From the apartment you have a view of the countryside but unfortunately not of the sea. The nearby bay has been closed for years due to rockfall. All access to the sea via mostly steep footpaths. The boat trip to Palmarola with "il Fauno" is also highly recommended

Cosy apartment with real fire

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

The house is very bright, the rooms are spacious and very well organized. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and for the table, the terraces are also very useful and the proximity to the beach is very convenient. The highlight is the garage under the house, I highly recommend it. Antonella

Impeccable structure with all the comforts. The highlight is the pool area. In the evening, you can use the barbecue and spend time with the family. I recommend this accommodation. The owner is kind and flexible, even on check-out. In fact, she let me stay a little longer without leaving in a hurry. We will come back to see you.

Romano's place was lovely, comfy bed, great shower, kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine, local surroundings like shops etc perfect for breakfast and dinner, bus stop a few minutes away to get to city, only downside was the WiFi wasn't working, would definitely book again, well worth the money we paid

I was with my family in Roberto's apartment for a week, I have had many holidays in different places, but his apartment is really very nice: clean, tidy, attentive to every detail, kitchen furnished with everything, really wonderful! And after that, if you want to go to the sea, rest without looking for the beaches, it is really convenient, cross the street and you are on the Lido Due beach, where you will find wonderful people there too! I have been to many AirBNB’s but never have I seen one as well stocked as this lovely home. There was everything we needed for a family dinner upon arrival! Maria Teresa is a delight. Very responsive and full of helpful suggestions. Easy check in and check out. Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms and very light and airy. This house is close to old town, which is a must. Also, very close to the best beach. We will be back and highly recommend.

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

Fabrizio’s Apartment was exactly what we were looking for. This property is Truly Amazing! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you will experience. From the cleanliness to the responsiveness of this whole team, and everything in between I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is close to two train stations, an Eataly (not the same as in the US… better). Local cafés and pretty good restaurants. It is located in a semi- suburban area and the building has access control so it is safe. While, there are no cons in my experience, it’s important to share that if you’re traveling with children like me, you have to be cognizant about noises especially at night. But that can happen anywhere and I don’t see it something negative just an important detail to be aware of. I truly recommend this property for your next trip to Rome!

Even though we only stayed for a weekend, we found everything as stated in the description and as shown in the photos. We also appreciated the host's helpfulness and kindness.

Our family of 5 was wanting a place near the airport, but still with options if we had energy to do anything - we thought being near the beach and Ostia Antica would be a great location. We didn't end up doing either of those things, but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of a nearby restaurant (Fraschetta la Romanella). We also enjoyed relaxing in the living room and sitting out on the terrace. They also arranged transportation to the airport which was prompt and considerably cheaper than taking a van through Uber. Thank you!
