A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Authentic chalet, with spacious living spaces. This magnificent renovation is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of an authentic village. Saint Colomban des Villards, is connected in winter to the 4th largest ski area in France (Sybelles) and also at the foot of Belledonne known for ski touring. In summer you can enjoy the many hikes or the mythical passes of the "Tour". The chalet is "on" the Col de la Croix de Fer. Bring the whole family to this great place!

At the entrance of the road to the ski resorts, in the charming village of "Les Mollettes", beautiful 2 bedroom double bed outbuilding in a 80 square meter single-family house facing our personal home. It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

Bright renovated apartment nestled in an old and atypical mountain building, with a view of the forest and the mountains. Surrounded by a large garden, ideally located in the heart of Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse in a quiet area and very close to ski / hiking departures. Shops, restaurants, doctor's office and pharmacy, a magnificent Spa / sauna are within walking distance. Saint-Pierre is a charming, dynamic mountain town offering all amenities.

Typical apartment opposite the Meije!

The apartment is composed of a hall, a bathroom + toilet, a living room (kitchen and sofa bed) as well as a bedroom with a baby cot. To access it, you need to go through the living room. A terrace in front of the apartment allows you to eat outside in front of the Meije. A barrier protects from the ravine but toddlers must remain under parental supervision. The apartment above is regularly occupied by the owners.
