Very nice 55 m2 duplex apartment on the 2nd floor. 2 minutes from the old port (all the fun without the hassle), 5 minutes from the central market and 7 minutes from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the many charms of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, without direct neighbors: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, overlook the canal and the Saint-Sauveur Church (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

You will find peace and quiet in the countryside setting of our old renovated walls while being a 5-minute walk from the village (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, optician, media library, 10-minute walk from the daily market in summer and 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) outside of this period, and 15 to 20 minutes from the beaches, port and restaurants. Optional: €20 for sheets and towels, cleaning at the end of the stay (€25 w.end). We'll be delighted to welcome you in a friendly atmosphere.

Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Bright accommodation in the heart of St Denis d'Oleron comprising the 1st (and only) floor of a house as well as a large private space on the ground floor for storing bicycles and beach toys and a laundry room. Upstairs, it has a cathedral-style living room and two bedrooms overlooking a large terrace. It is located in a quiet alley close to shops and the market (200 m) and 800 m from the port and beach. Regulated parking spaces are available 20 m away and free parking is 150 m away.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Lots of possible activities, cycling (bike path), surfing, kitesurfing, fishing, sailing...

Accommodation in the town center, close to the market shops and close to the marina (e.g. boats to La Rochelle every day in season) and beaches, the village can be visited on foot, many alleys, lanes. Bike rental 100 meters away. Numerous bike paths to travel around the island. The house is equipped with a key box (for self check-in) only in case of unavailability on our part.
