You have private access to an 8-meter infinity pool that is efficiently heated with a solar cover, a pétanque court, large terraces/solarium with BBQ (over 140 m2), a playground with table tennis and darts, bicycles are available for free.

Upstairs, it has a cathedral-style living room and two bedrooms overlooking a large terrace. It is located in a quiet alley close to shops and the market (200 m) and 800 m from the port and beach. Regulated parking spaces are available 20 m away and free parking is 150 m away.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

The Compass

Accommodation in the town center, close to the market shops and close to the marina (e.g. boats to La Rochelle every day in season) and beaches, the village can be visited on foot, many alleys, lanes. Bike rental 100 meters away. Numerous bike paths to travel around the island. The house is equipped with a key box (for self check-in) only in case of unavailability on our part.
