Completely refurbished, the Loft is located on the upper floor of a building formerly used to store wood. The ground floor is uninhabited except by swallows and lemon trees that stay warm in winter! It should be noted that the Loft is in the immediate vicinity of the owner's house which is located on the same property.

Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)
