Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Gervais

Emma was an amazing host. We instantly felt right at home in the apartment. The place was clean, very quite and close to a convenience store. Adding to that the fact that we were downtown Nantes, meaning we were within a walking distance to museums, the Loire, and lots of historical places and restaurants.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Séjour offert à mes parents, ils ont été ravis. Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire, logement très propre, fonctionnel et très agréable, bien situé. Parfait, ils recommandent vivement. Ne manquait que le soleil !

Melanie's container home was my personal highlight of this year's Bretagne trip. Melanie's warm welcome, the beautifully designed container itself -- we quickly were in true vacation mode. We had beautiful weather, so we could benefit from the container's great feature -- the big roll-up door that creates a big, cozy outdoor living space under the pine trees. We watched the birds, made friends with the squirrels, had drinks and barbecues, read books... we enjoyed the place so much that we almost forgot to visit the beautiful beaches or the Salinas nearby :-) I am glad we did visit them though, because all these places are worth a visit! We can only recommend this place and we will definitely book it again!

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Loraine et sa maman. Le logement est très propre et joliment décoré. Notre séjour entre amis s’est parfaitement déroulé, nous avons apprécié le jardin et sa terrasse ainsi que le barbecue mis à disposition. L’île est vraie très belle et nous avons apprécié pouvoir se déplacer à vélo grâce aux multitudes de pistes cyclables. Enfin nous recommandons le logement de Loraine sans hésitation.

Une maison chaleureuse et authentique ou il fait bon se retrouver en famille. Un cuisine spacieuse avec de grands plans de travail et un salon bien aménagé pour des moments conviviaux. L’environnement du marais est paisible et la vue vraiment magnifique depuis le jardin très bien entretenu.

Excellent séjour sur l'île et dans la petite maison de Caroline. La maison est charmante et fonctionnelle. Le petit jardin est vraiment sympa. Très bien située, tout se fait à vélo depuis la maison. Environnement calme et verdoyant. On a adoré ! Merci

Lâche-moi un recommandé avec des hôtes très accueillant. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé et aménagé avec du goût. Logement a fortement conseillé à notre entourage.

Venant en train nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour entièrement à pied. Dans l’appartement règne une atmosphère paisible et relaxante. Nous avons ajouter une nuit a la réservation tellement le lieu nous plaisait.

Logement très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. L'équipement est très satisfaisant et fidèle au descriptif. Communication fluide et cordiale avec Corinne, à distance. Nous avons été accueillis par son papa, personne sympathique.
