je venais pour 3 nuits, j'ai trouvé un endroit calme avec une bonne literie et c'est exactement ce que je recherchais.

Maxime est arrangeant et son logement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Bien situé entre le chu et le centre ville.

Great location. Owner was responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. As building is old there is no elevator , stairs are narrow, be careful. I think house is small for 6 person. One big double bed in bedroom, another single bed in bedroom and one sofa in the living area, sofa is big and could be for 2 person.

super séjour dans le cadre d'un gros événement sportif. l'appartement est super. accessible très facilement. malgré qu'il soit situé en pleine ville, aucun bruit la nuit. apparemment très fonctionnel et très propre.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We had a fantastic time at Annie's place. The countryside location had the most fantastic views, the sunrise, and sunsets were magical. The location is so calm and relaxing. The house was amazing and had everything our family of 7 needed. The beds were super comfortable and the house was extremely clean and tidy. Annie and her husband were magnificent hosts, clear instructions and thoughtful touches and a welcome gift was an amazing surprise. I highly recommend this location, short drive to Rennes and an hour from Saint Malo.

This studio is perfectly positioned to walk into Dinan. It really is a stunning Town and Fran's studio is private, clean with everything you need.Fran is available when you need something sorting out and shows care and consideration for her guests.Probably the best AirBnb we have stayed in location wise and the nicest host we have experienced.And the studio is a great place to relax after a days touring the area with its own off road parking which is another great find.

Excellent accueil de la part de Franck qui a été adorable avec nous ! Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos ainsi que son extérieur (jardin, barbecue). La literie est très confortable et les lits spacieux. Je recommande pour un séjour entre amis ou même en famille. On mêle l'ancien et le moderne dans un cadre reposant et agréable où il fait bon vivre.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Marie a été très accueillante et nous a tout expliqué en arrivant. La maison est très agréable et le jardin est très joli et apaisant ! La voiture est indispensable.

We waren meteen al gecharmeerd door de foto's op de website maar in het echt was het nog beter! De communicatie was perfect, de aankomst was echt hartelijk en tijdens de rondleiding was het meteen duidelijk dat Philippe en Birgit dit met veel passie doen. Het ruime huis is niet alleen super-proper maar ook hyper-volledig ingericht met heel veel smaak: we voelden er ons meteen thuis! Het was een waar plezier om in deze keuken te koken. Er is echt aan alles gedacht. Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de mooie regio te verkennen (de tips van Philippe en Birgit zijn echte aanraders). We hadden het geluk dat het prachtig weer as maar ook bij minder weer is het een super cosy huis. We hebben XXXL genoten. Aanrader!

nous avons été très bien accueilli par Karine. le logement est très bien aménagé pour 4. tout y est. A proximité de la Côte d Émeraude et du Mont St Michel. logement propre. et bien fournit en vaisselle et ustensiles. avec kit de démarrage (pour cuisine).

Super accueil et disponibilité par Barbara , Le lieu est paisible , spacieux ,et bien situé pour profiter des bords de Rance , Dinan , st Malo, Cancale …. Un week-end très agréable !

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, maison propre et agréable. Linges de lit fournis et possibilité d'avoir des serviettes. Piscine accessible ( prévoir les brassards des enfants qui ne savent pas nager car piscine profonde 1m55 ). Acceuil agréable, food truck présents plusieurs fois par semaine ( crêpes frites..). Le seul bémol pas de sas entre la porte d'entrée de la piscine et les vestiaires et comme la porte était cassé elle devait rester ouverte donc les enfants avaient froid mais c'est vraiment le seul bémol. Merci a vous pour ce séjour , nous reviendrons
