Free parking. This T2 on the garden level, with its private terrace, the trees, offers all the comforts: equipped kitchen, office space, pleasant bedroom, seating area. It is also possible to park your bike in a sheltered area (secure enclosed area); the owners will be happy to share their routes and experiences.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

(shops 2 km away) Christophe and Marianne will be happy to welcome you to this fully renovated gîte. 1 hour from the beaches and the Sigean African Reserve, 1.5 hours from the winter resorts, you can also enjoy water activities in the Aude Gorges, and at the Cavayère Lake in Carcassonne.

Formerly old wine vats, our atypical gîte has been completely renovated. Saint-Hilaire is located between Carcassonne (16 km) with its unmissable medieval city and Limoux (13 km). We benefit from all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco/grocery store… as well as a great cultural wealth!
